Clean and safe

The hotel is ideally located just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and very easy to find. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, very quiet and made for a good night's sleep. Although there was a mix up on check in (I was allocated a twin instead of the double I'd booked) I want to highlight how speedily the hotel reception made a change for me when I let them know - despite their reservation system not having recorded my booking from Hotels.com correctly! Exactly what I needed and I'd happily stay again!

Fantastic hotel, really central for shops and restaurants and nearby the train station to get to wimbledon. Parking was straight forward and reasonable. Hotel very clean and comfortable

Stayed here for Wimbledon championships. Great room, very clean, very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly and efficient check in. Would stay here again.

Clean modern room. Bathroom needs 2 bath sheets and a hand towel - had 1 bathsheet, 1 standard towel only. Hand/body wash and shampoo supplied. Tea/coffee facilities but only given 2 breakfast teabags which isn’t adequate for more than a one night stay and very tiny cups. Comfy beds with extra pillows, nice wooden floor that made the room feel clean. Adequate charging points with standard socket and usb ports. Limited menu but great food at the bar with decent portions. Didn’t have breakfast as it was £17 per head!! Brought porridge pots with me to have in the room instead. Excellent location for restaurants and shops in Sutton and a 5 minute walk to the station. Parking available onsite for an additional charge.

Good location. Stayed here for Wimbledon as train is direct from station which is next to the hotel. Large room, comfortable beds.

Handy location. Simple clean rooms. Helpful staff

Reaaly nice stay, good breakfast and a comfortable room. Very convenient for Sutton railway station and our visit to Wimbledon tennis championships. Only one negative- net curtain in bedroom was rather dirty at the hem.

Air con not working, window doesn’t open at all , room was so hot

Clean and new but basic. No iron in the room, and then I had to iron on the bed when I got an iron from reception. No drawers, only thee hangers and nowhere that was well thought out to get ready. Terrible lighting. Breakfast was basic. And hardly any staff to be found. I have food allergies and struggled to find anyone on my last day to ask for gluten free toast. Feels like this hotel has just been chucked up as quickly as possible and on a tight budget. Would have expected a bit more from ibis.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, and a convenient location. It was good enough for one night, where all we needed was somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't stay here for a longer break. The room was dark and stuffy, cigarette smoke entered the room via the ventilation during the night which was unacceptable. The towels were thin and only one per guest, and no hand towel. There was no shelf or soap dispenser in the shower, so you had to put bottles on the floor. No biscuits. We didn't have breakfast or try the bar/restaurant. On site parking at £15 for 24hrs was convenient, if a little expensive. No barriers so not super secure, but it felt relatively safe.

Really comfortable stay and perfectly located for all that was going on. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would have liked the bar to actually be more of a bar, it felt too cafe like for me.

Bathroom had a sewage smell and we had a great view of a wall 3 meters away. Food was passable. You get what you pay for.

Basic of basic hotels, want to charge you for extra anything including pillows but provide you with a messily lumpy thing to sleep with which is absolutely insane.
