We arrived early and asked if we could store our luggage until check-in, the lady on reception let us check in early instead. Overall the hotel was clean, easy to find and accessible, good amenities with a restaurant and café on site, nothing to complain about.

I was there for two nights for a conference. The restaurant, the bar and breakfasts were all very smoothly and expertly presented, managed and stocked. The room very comfortable and clean. Great shower and amazing bed! Needed nothing

Hotel is in the heart of Manchester city centre, a stones throw away from Manchester Piccadilly train station (with a direct link to Manchester Airport). Room itself is fine, but as usual with Malmaison hotels, it is rather dark.

The guy with the short hair and contacts at reception was rude. Didnt want to help with bags and was overall very awkward. However the night shift guy ( European looking) was very generous and helpful.

The room itself was lovely however , there was no remote for the tv and no way of ringing down to reception as no information was given on how to do this and at 10pm after changing wandering down wasn’t an option …. Also while looking for said remote we found rubbish under the bed and bedside table food packets bottle lids and dust galore on the bedside table …. The rest of the stay was lovely great locations staff friendly and easy check in and out xx
