Great room, big... Decent value, and enjoyed every minute of my stay

The room was stunning and so quirky with its designs. Nice and quiet even though it was in the city centre. Bed was super comfy and the shower was amazing! Would definitely stay again

Great location, bar and restuarant were excellent, really nice food! Lovely spacious room, definitely recommend. Check parking tho, supposed to be included but thenpay machines at the car park did not allow us to enter code for parking so ended up paying %20

Fantastic corner suite (508) staff all welcoming and friendly, great location, right by Piccadilly railway station, didnt notice any traffic noise from room, great views, breakfast was lovely and not busy or rushed (sunday 0930)

We have stayed in malmaisons for years and gradually overtime seen them slip. What’s missing is the little things that we loved so much before for example - no little drink when you get in or chicks in the room - the place doesn’t have that maxing smell they used to have - the room has a phone but you can’t ring reception of it - breakfast in bed used to be special in hamper etc now it’s on plates covered in cling film - they couldn’t do toast as before 8 - we had a double that was a twin pushed together and separate duvets (very romantic!) If I gotta be honest it’s just another hotel now it used to stand out sad. We would still go there but for romantic getaways or treats use other brands

We arrived early and our room was ready. Hotel was convenient for Picardy station and the main shopping areas. Restaurant downstairs had a good steak night deal.

Room was great size and value for money. Only a 2 minute walk from train station. TV signal ain't great but very minor. Really decent hotel overall. Breakfast is so nice. Fresh juices, wide variety for continental and tasty hot breakfast, very quick service! Check in and out very simple.

Good selection, cooked breakfast served hot on the first day & to a high standard. Last day, the food was luke warm. Poured water from the urn for a cup of tea & it was stone cold.

It was mainly alright. The dirty pint glass and gin and tonic can in the bedroom a nice touch which explains the £50 overnight charge for the dog and the extra cleaning likely to be required with those kind of high standards. Slight smell of urine in the bathroom. Bar food was lovely if a little pricey, staff all generally friendly, rooms a little tired looking for some reason, if that was a club and a suite I'd be concerned about the standard.Comfy bed, breakfast was ok and the missing milk found. Those dressing gowns need replacing, they have been washed an awful lot. So as I say it was fine. Not blown away. Birmingham Malmaison significantly better. Will likely not return.
