Malmaison Manchester

I had a lovely stay from the moment i arrived. I was lucky enough to get an early check in and managed to get everything done that i needed to. The same lady was in reception on arrival and departure and is a credit to the company

Hotel reception beautiful so christmassy, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful but got a little chilly in the night. The breakfast was not free was a little on the expensive side, we was also very rushed by the waitress we had only been sat down five minutes when the lady came and asked what hot breakfast we would like, we had only just got our cearel, then two minutes later while we was still eating our cereall the lady fetched our hot breakfast making hardly any room on the table as we was still eating breakfast and it going cold then because we was rushed. l also didnt get chance to read the breakfast menu and didnt realise the bacon was smoked so l couldnt eat the bacon, then had to go make my toast and there was a que so the rest of breakfast was going cold. I would of liked time to of eaton our cereal first then have five minutes for that to settle, and then the waitress come to take our order, then l would of had time to look at the menu and go make the toast before it arrived it was all just very rushed and it was very quiet lots of empty tables so they was not waiting for tables.

Room was larger than expected and really clean. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
