Great stay, perfect location being minutes from train station, (exit station and walk straight up the incline). Bus station round the corner. Right next to Christmas markets, peace gardens and botanical gardens (use entrance at the side of reception). Room great and bed very comfy and room quiet, only crtisim was the separate toilet with no sink or ventilation. Breakfast and food good.

The breakfast selection was limited and not appetising with hard bacon and dry scrambled eggs- definitely not worth the £18 that it cost. The food at dinner was excellent. The room was a bit cold and the heater did not appear to be efficient and the hot water had to be left running for several minutes before it started to get hot.

Amazing room and facilities but no hot water! Reception advised turning all the taps on and leave them running for 10 minutes which seemed unethical... Other than that it was a lovely stay with friendly staff and a clean room.

Stayed over after a works meal. The location is good but the hotel is tired. The bed/mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I did report it. You were in a grove and no support. The swimming pool is tiny and not worth it.
