Parking was horrible

Tired decor, stained carpets, hard bed. Hard bedroom floor, limited breakfast offering, really hot room with no air - opened window to noise and adjacent restaurant vented cooking smells

Room was a good size. Little bit dated but clean. Would have liked better pillows.

I was given a key to a room that was occupied, when I went back to reception they could not care less. This place is a dump with bad staff.

Great room for the price!

The room is tidy and clean, though it’s a little bit old. The heating is not really functioning and it was a little bit cold inside the room. The location is perfect.

Stayed over after a works meal. The location is good but the hotel is tired. The bed/mattress was extremely uncomfortable and I did report it. You were in a grove and no support. The swimming pool is tiny and not worth it.

Great location & nice hotel. The bed was very firm, we prefer something softer.

Great stay, perfect location being minutes from train station, (exit station and walk straight up the incline). Bus station round the corner. Right next to Christmas markets, peace gardens and botanical gardens (use entrance at the side of reception). Room great and bed very comfy and room quiet, only crtisim was the separate toilet with no sink or ventilation. Breakfast and food good.

Staff were very efficient, warm, friendly and helpful. They really stood out.

Lovely hotel in great location.

Common spaces of this hotel are lovely but room is very tired with old furniture, very dirty carpet and old bathroom with toilet separated from sink and bath. Service was good and polite but I wouldn't stay again as it is not a good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, including Asian cuisine, local eateries, cafés and bars. However, the hotel itself feels quite outdated in terms of décor. What disappointed me the most was the staff — they were very cold and unfriendly, with no smiles or greetings at all. They really need further training on customer service and hospitality. The room size was acceptable, but the layout was quite strange. The toilet and bathroom were separated and located far apart, which was very inconvenient. Although having both a bathtub and a shower was a nice touch, it didn’t make sense that the toilet was so far away and there was no sink for washing hands nearby. The bathroom only provided shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner, which was also odd. The only thing I truly appreciated was the swimming pool — the water was pleasantly warm, and there was also a steam room. However, there were no staff members on duty, so guests had to take care of themselves.
