Very wide selection of breakfast items and really good quality

Was offered an ‘upgrade’ to a room with sea view for extra money - but the sea view turned out to be a view of scaffolding outside the hotel - cheeky - no refund offered! Room was spacious but noisy with almost no sound insulation from adjacent rooms and from above and below ! Very difficult to sleep! Would not recommend!

Staff upgraded as had not stopped in newly refurbished rooms lovely room few teething issues but did not spoil the few days

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel

My room was not the best... Dirty carpets, screws sticking out of the bath. Condensation on windows and the whole room shook when someone walked down the corridor.

Clean room, friendly staff and great location

Staff are lovely, rooms are amazing! The bar isn't cheap but it is very nice. The ensuite was exceptional

Staff were very helpful and friendly, reception,bar and dining room looks stunning after the refurbishment, bedroom was clean and comfortable, would be great to see it once everything is completed

Clean room pleasant stay

For a large older type of hotel the room was Immaculate. The hotel rooms are going threw a maker over phase and if they are all like our room then thumbs up. Staff on reception where also very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent refurbished room 👌

Lovely room with sea view, had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which was wonderful. Kind and helpful staff. We will certainly stay here again.

The room had not been checked properly dirty towel, no soap, cobweb and spider, 2 sockets did not work, towel rail did not work. Breakfast was average we ordered poached eggs and they took over 20 minutes, no fresh fruit, no cappuccino or variety of coffees, no choice of yogurts, no way of heating the croissants. The restaurant was not sign posted from the main lobby, signage upstairs was confusing pointing in different directions or even numbers that did not exist on our floor. We did not try out the bar as we could not get into it, we were not told when making the booking there was a goth weekend at the hotel. Also not there is scaffolding over the hotel so the sea view is hampered. However when checking out they did give us a partial refund for the issues in our room which we appreciated

Beautiful room, great location and fantastic views. Great breakfast choices. We will definitely be back.

After a slight mistake understanding the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was beautiful clean modern decorated and warm. My only point out would be for a deluxe room probably would have a seaview. We overlooked the back of properties and the car park. If I had paid for this type of room I probably would have made a complaint

Great location and gorgeous hotel. Sea view was obstructed by scaffolding which we were not forewarned about despite upgrading to sea view.

Room a bit tired but spotless.
