Royal Whitby

位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。

Very old hotel, room condition is not good. TV is not working. Only location is good to go to Harbour.

Excellent hotel, Room was very clean & view looking out at the Abbey was fantastic!!! Breakfast was Delicious, staff very helpful definitely stay there again ..

Noise insulation is not the best and a shame that the restaurant does not do takeaways so guests would have been able to enjoy their meals in their rooms or as room service. Other than that, brilliant views, mesmerising decors in the lobby that definitely added to the charm of Whitby

Stayed in a family room, spacious and stylish. Staff on the desk excellent.

Room 201 is situated next to 2 sets of noisy slamming doors was noisy and unenjoyable

The room was spotless but a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable. However, ran out of eggs and bacon at breakfast and sausage was undercooked

We recently stayed and was pleasantly surprised. Extremely good value and we plan to visit again.

The staff were lovely. The deluxe room was small for a double, apparently called deluxe because it had been refurbished. The general hotel was smart but very dark, Only 1 lift. The parking situation is bizarre - if booking make sure you reserve a parking space (weeks in advance).

Great hotel and lovely staff

Room was lovely with a fantastic views! Shame it didn’t contain a king size bed especially considering the size of the space. Room was clean but as windows didn’t open did smell a little fusty. Breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choice and space to sit. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely visit again.

Schönes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Das Personal beim Check-in sehr freundlich. Zimmer und Bad sauber. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht.

Spacious family room with plenty of space for our stay. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. We had a very pleasant experience.

Really clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

We had an upgraded room on the ground floor because we took our little dog. It was fabulous, so easy to get outside for her if needed. The drinks were on the expensive side and so was the food, but, the food was one of the best we've had, it must be tried. The breakfast again was hot, plentiful and delicious. Very happy with our stay.

Clean roam Staff Bar Car park

We had a newly refurbished large room, but with a terrible view. Also it was a hike from the elevator to the room, down 8/10 stairs, long walk then down another 6 stairs and then immediately up another 6 stairs. No A/C or fridge, VERY limited parking, Once in we didn't dare take our car out for fear of not getting back in. Walkable location for everything Whitby has to offer, but it sits on the top of a hill, beautiful views from the hotel bar, but you will get your 10,000 steps in walking around Whitby then back up to the hotel.

Staff were great location was really good and room with a view was amazing and food in the restaurant was good.
