Breakfast choices were varied and plentiful. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were fantastic. The hotel overall is beautiful but could do with some TLC and general upkeep. We didn’t use the spa but we will definitely be back!

The room was compact but lovely. I was dissapointed thay we had to pay extra for a swim. It does say that it is part of the spa but it is also is under hotels with pools

Receiptionist was lovely managed resolve a few of the issue instantly Breakfast staff was great cannot fault them. Not a big variety for food same everyday in the mornings. Room Cleanliness was poor due to staying for 4 days they only came once there was several area's which has different coloured stains would highly recommend them getting a wetvac

The room was very clean and modern which was a great surprise. I've been before in a twin and the room and bathroom very dated. Staff very pleasant and the Christmas party night was great.

Stayed in room 147, I would not recommend this room. Noise of doors banging, guest talking loudly on corridor until early hours of morning. Breakfast was average. Booked twilight spa which was very busy. Changing rooms very untidy discarded towels/robes/flip flops just left on floor & bench. Also really bad drain smell. Showers not very clean & inviting. Lastly walk from hotel to spa very dangerous walk on unlit pathwath. Better places/spa to go for the money we paid.

Avoid at all costs. Spa was absolutely filthy, mould everywhere, building crumbling, empty glasses left out from the evening spa, sunbeds are black with dirt, pool had loads of residue at the bottom and they have the audacity to charge you for robes & slippers (non refundable, usually this is included in spa price). When you try and complain the general manager & social media will completely ignore you!!!

Staff great, service great, room lovely. Sadly our stay was ruined by what I can only call hillbilly behaviour from other guests with zero class or respect. Had music blasted into our room from next door, when reception asked them to turn it down, they resorted to screeching and shouting both in room and in the corridor outside our room. This went on til early hours periodically . Had zero sleep due to this. Such a shame the night we chose to stay, it seemed some low class yobs decided to stay at the same time

Personally it felt very run down throughout the hotel in need of urgent upgrades. The reception and breakfast area were done up nicely but that’s as far as it went personally. Having spent about £150 for the night we have stayed in far better hotels and wouldn’t say it’s worth that money at all it wasn’t the best nights sleep at all. Sorry

Room was newly decorated but cold single glazed windows means the room was cold. Two Freestanding electric heaters were in the room but no available plug sockets to connect them too.
