Lovely hotel and room. Staff especially Joseph and Marton on reception were impeccable and went above and beyond! Really nice dinner and breakfast

Remote control in room was broken. Lack of toiletries, nice soaps etc. Uncomfortable pillows. Extremely slow bar staff. I asked for water and waited 15 minutes before asking again. Dry chicken at dinner. Albeit negative, it wasnt the worst and not overly expensive. The reception staff were lovely

Our room was Amazing. Very Spacious, Lovely Outlook onto the Golf Course and Lake. Bed very Comfy, Slept really well 😴 We had a very tasty meal in the Restaurant. Staff very friendly, we felt looked after. Had a Wonderful Stay and will highly recommend to family and friends.

I paid £166 for twin room, and for this price you would expect a clean and half decent room to be sleeping in, the bathroom was yellow and out dated, the shower didn’t have hot water was luke warm, the ironing board was falling to bits, the TV was tiny, they blinds were dirty and broken and they didn’t have a frosted glass in the bathroom so because of the broken blinds you would have an audience whilst showering, I mean if that’s what your into fair enough, the toilet did not flush properly, the carpet was filthy! Also the bar area was get dirty, very over priced, breakfast the sausages were burnt, I was waiting 15 minutes for beans, area was crowded and people stare at you like you have 5 heads , went to the toilet near the breakfast area and there was empty vape boxes on the floor, lots of dirty used tissues round the sink, toilets were not clean and there was blood all over the floor and sanitary bin which had been there a while as it was dried up, and there was bloody tissue on the floor, only stayed here due to attending our friends wedding, and it will be the last time! Very over priced and the whole hotel needs a good clean! And a lick of paint and new bathrooms

Great overnight spa break. Visited last year and after spotting a great deal booked again. Did the sunrise spa which although means an early start is the cheapest option and the least busy. We have done the twilight spa before and highly recommend both. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Good shower. Great breakfast with quality sausages!!! Has an excellent selection. All the staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to help.

The hotel was nice and clean

The room only had a small heater which done near to nothing as well as the electricity was constantly tripping due to every room having there heaters on. The lady at reception was not welcoming and when asking questions about facilities or about the room she was very rude and short.

La comida se puede mejorar , compramos una sopa que en el menú decía : preparada con vegetales rostizados , pero en realidad parecía como salsa para pasta , nada agradable la experiencia, y en el desayuno nos quedaron debiendo más opciones dulces.

Rooms very dated. General cleanliness below par.

Our biggest issue was with the room. This was suppose be a special occasion and there was a few things wrong i.e special requests not met even though stated twice. Receiptionist was lovely managed resolve a few of the issue instantly Breakfast staff was great cannot fault them. Not a big variety for food same everyday in the mornings. Room Cleanliness was poor due to staying for 4 days they only came once there was several area's which has different coloured stains would highly recommend them getting a wetvac

Clean room, great friendly staff

Breakfast choices were varied and plentiful. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were fantastic. The hotel overall is beautiful but could do with some TLC and general upkeep. We didn’t use the spa but we will definitely be back!
