Absolutely wonderful! Situated in a beautiful, great location, near transportation, numerous dining options. My favorite aspect of it is that it’s near Hyde park!

Do not stay here. Worst place I've ever slept. The rooms are not as advertised, the pictures are all AI or stolen. Room was full of mould, damp, tap falling off, shower didn't drain, no amenities, a pubic hair on the bed, could touch either side of the room with outstretched arms and the window was held open with a bit of wood. Only positive was the location to Hyde park. But avoid at all costs!!

One of the dirtiest, not well looked after places ever stayed. Many things were broken and rooms in general been dirty including beddings. Person workingon reception was great and well helpful which was massive positive, but hotel in general need a lot improved and better cleaning team, also a lot of fixing.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. Tiny room with screws sticking out of the wall at the eye level where the picture once was, dare you slip coming out of the shower. Health & safety nightmare. Zero ventilation. The window did not connect to outside, instead it was opening into another inside room with sealed skylights on the sunny side, basically a greenhouse. I stayed in the heatwave so it was a night from hell. No kettle or tea/coffee - this is a lie. The only good thing about the hotel is its location, but I’d opt out for the pod in the central London next time, surely cleaner, safer and more climate controlled.

The location of the hotel was great, but that’s where it stops. The shower had mold all over the ceiling and walls, one of the beds was falling apart. The tv didn’t have a remote and I went down to grab a replacement I did this twice and still couldn’t get a working replacement. There is a Thai restaurant downstairs where the owner screams at people so if you need to keep the window open to regulate the temperature of the room you will be kept up. They advertise that you can drop you luggage off early before check in for free. When we got there we were told we had to pay per bag.

* Toilet is not flushing properly, I reported it to the front desk. Initially they offer to move to a different room to stay for the night, but we have to come back to the old room as they say they fully booked. I said that's absurd & annoying as why we have to come back to a defective toilet. Front desk came to check the toilet & confirmed the problem, then came back after 30 minutes, thinking he'll come with equipments but he just tried to clean the toilet. If my husband & I didn't suggest to try with rubber toilet drain plunger he wouldn't get it. He did try to use it but it was still no success. I asked if we can just get a refund as it is cumbersome for us, he didn't answer. Instead, he asked us to stay for the night & we will be moved to a new room the following day. In the meantime, we'll have to use the front desk toilet downstairs, which is very inconvenient. * Aside from the room is so small, there is no air-conditioner or even a fan so we have difficulty getting some sleep. And we are put in a room in which is close to the road so there's a lot of traffic noises & boisterous bystanders in the middle of the night. Thus we didn't have good sleep on our 1st night. I sent a complaint to Expedia. The following day they sent plumber to fix the toilet bit still unsuccesful. Then they move us to another room, this time with working toilet & far from the road, but still no fan. They should invest in air-cons or at least a fan in each room esp. during summertime.

Dangerous property. I sustained an injury in one of their bathrooms. There was no grout between the floor tiles and no protection too on the edging between the room and the bathroom. They gave me another room and told me it was closed as it was now unsafe. On checking out, I requested to return to the room to check I haven’t left anything behind and I was told there was another customer in there. They told me the room has been fixed by a builder. There is no way in that time grout would’ve dried enough to make it safe, even if they had started the fix as soon as I’ve moved out. There was enough blood on the floor for a need for there to be a deep clean also. I have reported them to the health and safety executive and suggest you do not take anybody you love to this property at any time.

For a budget this hotel has an amazing location, very short walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube station. Some lovely restaurants in the area and coffee shops. 4 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The room mattress is thin to the point of you think you can feel the bed springs, but not so bad you can’t sleep. The bathroom is best described as compact and Bijou, let’s say totally unsuitable for the average size of our American cousins. But yes I’d stay again as the location is perfect and the price reasonable

Location superb close to Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate and Paddington. Hotel felt faded but the bed was clean and the bathroom was serviceable. Great price for the central London location - just don’t expect too much from the hotel … it’s a place to sleep and not much else

The room was small for 2 adults to move around. The shower needs work. You need an advanced degree in engineering to make it work properly. The bed was average. But since we need something quick, this was our best option that was close to Paddington Station. You really need to do your own diligence. You get what you paid for. I wouldn't recommend this to any Juan!! There are plenty of options around this area.
