What Guests Say About Their Stay

Scott

Perfect location for us, staff were excellent and the room well appointed and a reasonable size for London, and was cleaned to a high standard every day. No restaurant or bar, we were aware of this when booking, which would’ve merited a higher rating for amenities. Would not hesitate to return if returning to the Soho area again, and will definitely consider their other locations in future too.

I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The room had a fabulous kitchenette with filtered drinking water, a kettle, and an assortment of teas and coffee as well as a mini fridge and dishes—all of which were high quality and spotlessly clean. The shower was our favorite part with a generous overhead rain shower head, excellent water pressure and amazing soaps from Molten Brown. Don’t hesitate! We had a three year old with us and the staff was so friendly and gave her chocolate bars. Also a good location to so many restaurants and attractions.

No black our curtains made for a bright early morning in the room. Rooms are very very small. Service and staff was very attentive and kind, dealt with any issue in a responsive and prompt manner. Bit more of a 3.5 than 4 star property as a whole.

Honestly just terrible. They put me in the basement and all I could hear from early morning was the staff calling down the hallway to each other. They then started knocking at my door half an hour before check out which is just rude. The shower didn’t work properly - it was either on cold or on very hot, which is actually dangerous. I would give this place a miss

The front staff were exceptional, they strived to deliver every request and answered all our questions. Housekeeping was generally good, though a few days after our stay, they stopped replacing our towels (6 night stay). It would have been nice to have the option to decline towel replacements instead of assuming new towels were not needed for the last few days of our stay.
