Stayed for weekend for wife’s birthday. Staff were helpful before we even arrived in letting us leave luggage whilst we explored London. Room was immaculate on check in and staff kindly marked my wife’s birthday with a surprise in the room. The quality of the room and amenities were excellent and staff were very helpful whenever we needed their support Would be happy to stay again in future

The location was perfect. Close to so many amazing restaurants and shopping. Very close to Elizabeth Line - one minute walk and takes you directly to Heathrow airport. The rooms were somewhat small but it was only two nights so not a real inconvenience.

Loved the free filtered water and mini-kitchen setup. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to the tube and everywhere else in London.

We booked this particular hotel for two reasons. 1) How amazingly well placed it is, so close to the main shopping streets, the theatre district, chinatown and travel links 2) Each room has a mini kitchenette with coffee machine, microwave, sink and fridge (the fridge alone made it worth it with the weather being so warm) What we didn't plan for was just how brilliant the staff were. Checked us in early when we arrived, invited us down for a drink in the evening and placed balloons, chocolate and wine on our bed along with a lovely card to celebrate my wife's birthday. We will certainly be returning next time we visit London.

Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was.

No black our curtains made for a bright early morning in the room. Rooms are very very small. Service and staff was very attentive and kind, dealt with any issue in a responsive and prompt manner. Bit more of a 3.5 than 4 star property as a whole.

Perfect location for us, staff were excellent and the room well appointed and a reasonable size for London, and was cleaned to a high standard every day. No restaurant or bar, we were aware of this when booking, which would’ve merited a higher rating for amenities. Would not hesitate to return if returning to the Soho area again, and will definitely consider their other locations in future too.
