I loved this hotal, both location and friendly staff. The room was nice and confortable. I would definitly get back.

I had a very pleasant stay at The Resident Soho. The location is fantastic and perfect for first-time visitors to London. Everything is within walking distance, including pubs, restaurants, shopping, and many great areas to explore. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. There was absolutely no attitude, just genuine hospitality. I would especially like to mention two ladies at the front desk, one of whom I believe was from Angola. Both had wonderful personalities, warm smiles, and made our stay feel very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again thanks to the staff and the unbeatable location. However, cleanliness could be improved. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is understandable for Soho, but the room was not spotless and there was noticeable dust, especially on the doors and surfaces. Overall, a good stay with amazing staff, and with better attention to cleanliness, it would be even better.

We had a wonderful stay at The Resident Soho. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept exceptionally well. The spacious bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, and the small kitchenette was an added bonus, with complimentary tea and coffee as well as filtered water. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and theaters. We highly recommend The Resident Soho and hope to visit again soon.

Everything from arriving to leaving. Reception desk ALL staff were superb & courteous. Cleaners were brilliant. Complimentary wine was a lovely unexpected touch. Just what my Wife & I wanted

The staff were absolutely delightful so welcoming! Room was great and location spot on! Slept very well as it was so quiet considering the location! Would definitely go again!

Clean room and really nice staff

This is now our favourite place to stay in London! The room was great for four, with room for luggage. The location is fantastic, so close to everything, including the direct train to and from Heathrow. The team members were lovely and so helpful, and the hosted hour each night was great.

Rooms are modern and very comfortable and clean. Perfect location! The best of London at your doorsteps with access to multiple transportation lines.

Nicely appointed room. Love that there is filtered water, plates, bowls , and tableware along with serving tray in room. Thank you for letting me borrow a hot iron.

This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily. The hotel is also in a perfect location—close to the Elizabeth line to take you to and from the airport and the Central line to take you out and about. It’s easy walking distance to shops (Oxford St, Carnaby, Coventry Garden, etc) dining, bars and attractions (plays, The British Museum. Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, etc.). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!
