더 레지던트 소호

히드로 공항에서 엘리자베스라인으로 이렇게 편히 온것에 감동했습니다. 근처 즐길거리가 너무나 많은 관광지 한복판인데 호텔 위치는 또 조용하다는 특징이 있고요. 실내 공기가 아주 쾌적하게 유지되고 쉽게 조절되는 점이 인상적이였어요. 욕실이나 내부 모든 시설이 흠잡일데 없이 좋은 퀄러티로 구비되어 있어서 만족했습니다. 정수기탭도 유용했고요

런던 여행을 하는데 소호에 있어 위치가 좋아 참 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 가까운 곳에 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 편리했구요. 호텔직원이 모두 친절한데요, 특히 SHARMIN 직원분이 참 친절하게 대해 주셔서 런던 여행하는데 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 다시 런던에 오면 이 레지던스 호텔을 이용할 것입니다.

아이들과 머무르기 아주 좋은 장소입니다. 어느 곳이든 이동하기 편하고 많은 식당들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 방은 좀 작은 편이지만 깨끗하고 편안한 침대와 침구는 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 또한 아이가 도착한 날 아파서 사건이 있었는데 직원분들의 친절한 도움으로 저희는 편안하게 호텔에 머무를수 있었어요. 저희가 조금이라도 불편하지 않게 최선을 다해 도와주시는 직원분들에게 너무나 감동을 받았습니다. 다음에 런던 방문하면 다시 이 호텔에 머무를 계획입니다.

This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily. The hotel is also in a perfect location—close to the Elizabeth line to take you to and from the airport and the Central line to take you out and about. It’s easy walking distance to shops (Oxford St, Carnaby, Coventry Garden, etc) dining, bars and attractions (plays, The British Museum. Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, etc.). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

Staff on reception were all amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. Unexpected bonus - chewy fruit caramels on reception counter - great blast from the past! Room was warm, quiet and clean. Lovely bathroom, Molton Brown toiletries and fluffy white towels. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Chinatown or Oxford Street shops. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were well appointed and thoughtful. Hotel was quiet and in a good location in soho. The easy to get to. Great rate as well.

Upon arriving at 2:50 to check in we were told our room was not ready which is fine as check I'm states 3pm. However, we were still unable to access our room at 3:45, the hotel lobby area was small with many visitors waiting and one of the seating areas was not usable due to photographers using that space. Lack of communication wasn't helpful either and we were told we could walk around outside rather than wait inside. When entering the room, which was lovely, it didn't seem completely clean with un-vaccumed carpets!
