Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was.

Fräscht, rent, snyggt och stilrent inrett. Rymligt rum och badrum för en hel familj. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Perfekt läge för centrala London, med shopping och restauranger utanför dörren. Enda minus att hotellet inte har frukost. Dock fanns utrustning och kyl på rummet om man vill ta något att äta innan man ger sig iväg för dagen. Och massor av frukostställen runt omkring.

My experience at the resident Soho was first rate. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

No black our curtains made for a bright early morning in the room. Rooms are very very small. Service and staff was very attentive and kind, dealt with any issue in a responsive and prompt manner. Bit more of a 3.5 than 4 star property as a whole.

Perfect location for us, staff were excellent and the room well appointed and a reasonable size for London, and was cleaned to a high standard every day. No restaurant or bar, we were aware of this when booking, which would’ve merited a higher rating for amenities. Would not hesitate to return if returning to the Soho area again, and will definitely consider their other locations in future too.

I was very impressed and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. The room had a fabulous kitchenette with filtered drinking water, a kettle, and an assortment of teas and coffee as well as a mini fridge and dishes—all of which were high quality and spotlessly clean. The shower was our favorite part with a generous overhead rain shower head, excellent water pressure and amazing soaps from Molten Brown. Don’t hesitate! We had a three year old with us and the staff was so friendly and gave her chocolate bars. Also a good location to so many restaurants and attractions.

Honestly just terrible. They put me in the basement and all I could hear from early morning was the staff calling down the hallway to each other. They then started knocking at my door half an hour before check out which is just rude. The shower didn’t work properly - it was either on cold or on very hot, which is actually dangerous.
I would give this place a miss

The room was spacious to accommodate our family of 4 and the staff were helpful and friendly! The hotel is located in a fun and lively neighborhood with many restaurant choices! A central location with many luxury shopping centers, very close to Chinatown, Piccadilly and Oxford centers!
