The staff at this central London hotel were amazing. Very professional and very kind. The room is basic nothing more or less but everything you need. The mini Kitchennet is very cute and well Hidden inside closet doors. The room was clean I’d recvomrnd not to stay on the ground floor as there is an alley and people are walking through it all the time. The hotel was well secured with 24/7 front desk. If your looking for a luxury hotel this is not it but if you want a no frills central Soho location that’s close to everything then this is the hotel for you.

히드로 공항에서 엘리자베스라인으로 이렇게 편히 온것에 감동했습니다. 근처 즐길거리가 너무나 많은 관광지 한복판인데 호텔 위치는 또 조용하다는 특징이 있고요. 실내 공기가 아주 쾌적하게 유지되고 쉽게 조절되는 점이 인상적이였어요. 욕실이나 내부 모든 시설이 흠잡일데 없이 좋은 퀄러티로 구비되어 있어서 만족했습니다. 정수기탭도 유용했고요

Very nice hotel in such a bustling part of London. Very convenient location as we could walk around everywhere would definitely stay there again

Excellent location close to Elizabeth tube Oxford street shopping. Piccadilly Circus as well as Trafalgar Square

We liked its accessibility to theatres, restaurants, etc. it was surprisingly quiet due to double glazing I suspect. However it felt impersonal, no breakfast facilities tho many outside choices available. Good as a convenient nights stay

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, clean, centrally located and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Very busy area but a lot of construction all around Hôtel

Staff was friendly and helpful and overall it was a great stay. At night it gets loud and doesn't feel the safest.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und ist dafür, dass es mitten in Soho liegt, auch verhältnismäßig ruhig. Fünf Sterne gibt es keine, weil das Innendesign unambitioniert und langweilig ist. Unsere Bitte, ein ruhig gelegenes Zimmer zu bekommen, wurde bejaht, das Ergebnis war aber ein Zimmer direkt an der Durchgangstür, durch die alle Hotelgäste des einen Flügels durchgehen mussten und das kaum Tageslicht hatte. Nach einer Nacht konnten wir in ein besseres Zimmer wechseln.

The staff was exemplary. We got in a bit early from travel and stopped by to attempt to drop our luggage off, but they already had a room ready. We needed a restaurant recommendation and they hit the nail on the head for what we had described our interests being. Loved the location, super close to nightlife. This will be on my short list the next time I'm staying in London and looking through hotel options.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr nett empfangen. Die Lage ist für Soho top. In der nähe gibt es auch den besten Fish und Chips Restaurant. Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt
