Property is in a great location but the hassle is not worth it. Rooms were ok. No Air conditioning if you are going there in peak summer like I did. The restaurant food (including breakfast) is sub par. The view from there is wonderful. I waited for a drink at the bar for 12 minutes and no one even acknowledged and I walked out. The most terrible experience is the parking. They have to give you a parking code to enter this zone where the hotel is. They did not. I was stuck there like so many other travellers to this hotel. I had to park and walk close to a mile in heat to get it from the front desk. At night I tried to go out, the gate wouldnt open. I go back to front desk and the guy doesnt help. Doesnt even speak english. Overall a terrible experience from staff. Great location but not worth the hassle. The nearby properties are better and probably have good service.

Breakfast was basic and as are the rooms. Rooms are quite big and some have view of the Mont. it’s fine for a night but not worth staying for longer

We are ending a month-long trip through Europe, having stayed at 10 hotels in the same price range, and this was unfortunately our biggest disappointment. The location is unbeatable—the best in all of Mont Saint-Michel. If I were to return, I would probably stay here again because you simply can’t beat the setting. The views are absolutely stunning. However, I expected much more from the hotel itself. The property feels dated, and during our stay we had neither air conditioning nor reliable internet access. While the incredible views made up for some of the shortcomings, the overall experience did not match the price. The service was also disappointing. The staff at both the reception and the restaurants were neither welcoming nor particularly helpful. Before our arrival, we needed the access code for the parking lot. I contacted the hotel a week in advance through Expedia, by email, and through their online guest portal, but never received a response. This created unnecessary stress upon arrival. With such an exceptional location, this hotel has tremendous potential, but it falls short in terms of facilities and customer service.

We had a terrace with the most beautiful view of mt. saint michel. Room was fine and roomy. Bathroom could use some help. Food at the restaurant delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I've traveled to almost every country in Europe and when I say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I mean this is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. For 3 summer months out of the year they don't have air conditioning in the rooms or the general hotel itself. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I saw some people what appeared to be having heat stroke. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Have I stayed in bad hotels? Sure. Have I ever stayed in a worse hotel outside of a motel. Absolutely not. It was dirty climbing with bugs everywhere. You cannot ear or drink without having insects all over you snd your food smothering you. For a place that gets that much business you would think they would afford air conditioning in the summer months. It was 93 depressed and in the month of May when I went. I eventually left 5 hours later and went down the street to a place that was ¹/4th the price and had A/C and staff was actually friendly and place was clean. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great location. This is a dated 3 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Rooms are spacious but basic - low quality linens, stains on the carpet, damp smells around. No air conditioning and no screens mean lots of bugs if you open your window for fresh air. Will not return.

Perfect location at the base of Mont St Michele. The property itself is dated and the carpets and halls were damaged. Needs a refresh

The hotel is absolutely unique in that it has the best possible, unobstructed view of the Mont St Michel. However, the property is dated and a good renovation is needed. One important problem is that there is no air-conditioning and the rooms can get quite warm. The restaurant is also striking with its view on the Mont, but the food is not high quality. Another problem is accessing the place. There is a system where customers are being given a code to enter a restricted area. The code was never sent to me and I spent 30’ trying to contact the hotel for somebody to give it to me. The code, however, does not work when you try to leave the area and return back. You need a new one and story repeats itself. Very frustrating…

The view is UNMATCHED. This is the closest hotel to Mont-Saint-Michel without being on the island. The rooms are large, pleasant, and clean. Front desk staff was delightful to work with.

Our room was supposed to have a view of Mont Saint Michel, but trees were blocking the view instead.

Large, clean rooms and helpful staff. Location couldn’t be beat, with views of the Mount St Michel. Breakfast buffet (included) was outstanding.

Great location near the causeway. Room spacious, slightly worn. Great views. Attentive staff. Good breakfast and adequate dinner (duck was tender and tasty). Could have stayed longer to explore the walking and biking

It was perfect location. We have huge room, with 1st and 2nd room and 3 toilet and bath! Wish we have stayed longer
