Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google Translate tried to get a brief idea & visited their official website to know more about parking issue, it came out totally different in reality. On the spot, the access code was denied, parking lot was not correct. I highly recommend those need parking have to confirm through the phone.

不符合期待的四星飯店，雖然是唯一可以看到景色的飯店，但非常老舊，早餐飯廳也很破舊，下午想沖個澡，沒有熱水！！！等了超過10分鍾才有約37的溫水。 訂了一間景觀房，進去房間，飯店人員說可以入住了，去了兩次床都沒鋪，煙灰缸都是滿的，還有有一服務人員（亞洲裔臉孔，人非常好）幫忙換房，不然當下真的被老舊飯店嚇到想換飯店了。 這家也是Mère Poulard 蛋捲餐廳開的飯店，難怪會有同樣被當冤大頭之感。 Price doesn’t fit with the quality of hotel, really old, it really needs refurbishment. Impressive view, but big problem with management, not enough staffs. While we’re arriving, the room wasn’t prepared, we got into the room twice, astray was full of cigarette, bed wasn’t ready. Luckily Asian face staff boy helped us to change the room, he’s super nice. We stayed two nights, staffs are nice but quality and price of hotel is so disappointing.

The hotel location is very convenient. Easy to catch on the shuttle to Mont Saint Michel Castle. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. I particularly like the balcony. However, there are quite a few chargers but two of them are out of order. A bit frustrated when I tried but failed to get my electronics recharge until the third charge worked. Two light bulbs are out of order too so the room is a bit dim. Except for these minor defects, overall is value for money!

The hotel locates at the entrance of the bridge to Mont Saint Michelle. It is very convenient for us to visit the Cathedral. The room is spacious with a nice balcony. The open view allows me to see the Cathedral anytime! Fabulous! The staff is helpful and friendly. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location is perfect and we can see Mont St. Michel. We arrived the hotel after 8pm. Staff in the restaurant asked for room number and noticed that we didn’t check in yet. Ever since then she deliberately ignored us and didn’t bring us water while everyone else had and even for the girls who arrived after us. The food was quite good there compared to the service. The hotel facility was old. The heater in our room didn’t work, the night staff was helpful and changed another room for us. Unfortunately the door to balcony was broken and can’t open in the only room left.

Nice view as our room can see mont st Michel . The food at hotel is very horrible. Expensive and the food quality is very bad.

The room is clean and comfortable. I will choose a Mountain View next time.

We have a two bedroom and two bathrooms suite. Absolutely superb. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Plenty of parking space.

広くて清潔なお部屋から、バルコニーから見えるモンサンミッシェルはとても素晴らしかったです。 朝食会場からも目の前にモンサンミッシェルが良く見えて、ゆっくりと楽しむことができました。 シンプルなお料理でしたが、チーズもパンもスクランブルエッグやソーセージなど、とても美味しかったです。 ぜひモンサンミッシェルが見えるお部屋をお勧めします。

Overall, our stay at the hotel was disappointing. While the front desk staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful, the rest of the experience fell short. The beds and pillows in our room were not comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Things got worse at dinner in the hotel restaurant. My main dish was chicken, and it arrived barely warm, very red inside, and clearly undercooked. When I tried to explain the issue, it seemed they didn’t understand that the chicken was raw in the middle. I had to send it back, and I didn’t eat any of it. Despite this, they refused to remove the meal from the bill, which was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed the positive interaction with the front desk, and I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
