部屋は１階の１番奥の部屋でしたが、部屋からはモンサンミッシェルは見えず、外のデッキはクモの巣があり清掃されていませんでしたので非常に残念です。ただし、レストランからはモンサンミッシェルが見えるので食事をされる方は絶景が楽しめます。

Great location as hotel is the closest to Mont St Michel before actually taking the shuttle to the island. Shuttle runs every 8-10 minutes. Breakfast was nice and view from our room was impressive. Parking is great but need entry code to get into the area close to MSM and costs 10 Euros per entry. A little tired decor-wise but view and comfy bed and location beat any of the room decor. View was amazing. Large balcony and spacious room which was great.

Our checkin was the worst experience we’ve ever had checking into a hotel! I emailed more than once to receive an access code for parking and we phoned them the day of but no one answered and I never received an answer to my emails. As a result we could not enter the Mont St Michel area and had to walk to the hotel from our car and back - a 40 minute walk!! Checkin was slow and laborious as there were only 2 people behind the desk but one was a trainee who had to ask her co-worker the answer to every question we had. This co- worker had to finish with her customer before answering the trainee so it was painful and long to say the least! There is no thermostat in the rooms so our only option for cooling off at night was opening the unscreened door. The bathroom had lots of black hairs on the floor and beside the sink! The caulking was peeling offf and the bathroom was generally in need of a re-do! The only saving grace was the gorgeous view of Mont St Michel out of the floor-to-ceiling windows which are the entire width of the room with a spacious deck. That view was everything and nothing to do with Le Relais’ efforts. This hotel is totally relying on this view to ride out a cash grab!

Belle chambre avec de l'espace. Vue sur le Mont St Michel ! Accessoires corrects dans la chambre (machine à café). Arrivée un peu tardive ne permettant pas de profiter de la terrasse lorsqu'on passe qu'une seule nuit. Le serveur du petit déjeuner etait débordé (manque de personnel ?) ce qui a fait que le buffet etait quasiment vide à notre passage. Nous avons patienté un peu, le buffet a été réapprovisionné mais honnêtement, nous nous attendions à plus de choix vu les tarifs de l'hôtel. Parking payant.

El único tema es que se necesita un código de acceso y nunca nos informaron. El el sitio de hoteles.com no se informa tampoco. Perdimos una hora para poder entrar y después todo fue maravilloso. La recepcionista no tuvo empatía con nosotros y nos contestó feo. Todo lo demás súper bien al día siguiente. Un gran lugar que sin duda regresaría pero hay que ayudar a los que no conocen que el acceso es restringido y que hay unos buses (navettes) que te transportan del estacionamiento de los hoteles fuera del área restringida a tu hotel y al Mount Saint Michel. El único tema es que se necesita un código de acceso y nunca nos informaron. El el sitio de hoteles.com no se informa tampoco. Perdimos una hora para poder entrar y después todo fue maravilloso. La recepcionista no tuvo empatía con nosotros y nos contestó feo. Todo lo demás súper bien al día siguiente. Un gran lugar que sin duda regresaría pero hay que ayudar a los que no conocen que el acceso es restringido y que hay unos buses (navettes) que te transportan del estacionamiento de los hoteles fuera del área restringida a tu hotel y al Mount Saint Michel.
