I've traveled to almost every country in Europe and when I say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at I mean this is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. For 3 summer months out of the year they don't have air conditioning in the rooms or the general hotel itself. The staff is rude and unprofessional. I saw some people what appeared to be having heat stroke. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Have I stayed in bad hotels? Sure. Have I ever stayed in a worse hotel outside of a motel. Absolutely not. It was dirty climbing with bugs everywhere. You cannot ear or drink without having insects all over you snd your food smothering you. For a place that gets that much business you would think they would afford air conditioning in the summer months. It was 93 depressed and in the month of May when I went. I eventually left 5 hours later and went down the street to a place that was ¹/4th the price and had A/C and staff was actually friendly and place was clean. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

モン・サン・ミシェルの往路のみツアーに参加してこちらのホテルに滞在しました。バルコニーからの眺めは最高でした。写真で見るよりモン・サン・ミシェルは近いです。シャトルバスのバス停がホテルの目の前なので、夜や早朝にモン・サン・ミシェルに行くのにとても便利です。ボディソープ&シャンプーのボトルがあるだけなので、トリートメントは持参することをお勧めします。

エアコンは無い。 蒸し暑くて寝れたもんじゃない。 レストランはハエだらけ。 注文しても料理が出てくるまで１時間近く待たされ、いざ食べようとすると、レンジで温めたように皿がとても高温。 モン・サン・ミシェルが見える部屋を選んだが、暑過ぎてそれどころじゃない。 外の方が涼しい。

Great location. This is a dated 3 star hotel disguised as a 4 star. Rooms are spacious but basic - low quality linens, stains on the carpet, damp smells around. No air conditioning and no screens mean lots of bugs if you open your window for fresh air. Will not return.

The hotel is absolutely unique in that it has the best possible, unobstructed view of the Mont St Michel. However, the property is dated and a good renovation is needed. One important problem is that there is no air-conditioning and the rooms can get quite warm. The restaurant is also striking with its view on the Mont, but the food is not high quality. Another problem is accessing the place. There is a system where customers are being given a code to enter a restricted area. The code was never sent to me and I spent 30’ trying to contact the hotel for somebody to give it to me. The code, however, does not work when you try to leave the area and return back. You need a new one and story repeats itself. Very frustrating…

部屋は１階の１番奥の部屋でしたが、部屋からはモンサンミッシェルは見えず、外のデッキはクモの巣があり清掃されていませんでしたので非常に残念です。ただし、レストランからはモンサンミッシェルが見えるので食事をされる方は絶景が楽しめます。

The views were spectacular. The parking is difficult to access and requires payment and a code and a ticket.

部屋は１階の１番奥の部屋でしたが、部屋からはモンサンミッシェルは見えず、外のデッキはクモの巣があり清掃されていませんでしたので非常に残念です。ただし、レストランからはモンサンミッシェルが見えるので食事をされる方は絶景が楽しめます。

Large, clean rooms and helpful staff. Location couldn’t be beat, with views of the Mount St Michel. Breakfast buffet (included) was outstanding.
