The staff was very friendly, the hot flavors were 5-star, but the downside was the completeness. Toothpaste, toothpaste, etc., had to be requested in advance, but they weren't provided.

The newly renovated rooms are only on the upper floors, while the rooms downstairs have not been renovated and coincidentally when we went there the central AC was broken so the rooms were not cold.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The carpet in the room looked old and dirty, giving the impression of neglect. Worst of all, the bed sheets hadn't been changed since the previous guest's stay, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Furthermore, the telephone in the room didn't work, so I had to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk to contact room service. This was extremely inconvenient. Overall, the cleanliness and facilities were very poor. Management needs serious improvements.

The room is spacious, fully carpeted. The AC is also cold, the pool. The bathroom is also spacious 🫶🏻. The swimming pool is the best, feels like in Bali. But the only thing missing is the breakfast. It's just lacking for the class of Hotel Aryaduta. Apart from that, everything is really good 🫶🏻

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the staff was lacking in service. When guests saw they had a lot of luggage, they made no effort to help carry or deliver it, even in a small hotel, we were well-served and helped with our luggage.

Hotel AD. The most strategic location, parking is good. It's just a shame if all the carpets were removed and the rooms renovated. I'm sure it would be the best hotel, and it would be full because of its great location. All the staff are friendly, the security guards are friendly and greet you, the receptionists are also friendly and the service is fast. Please renovate, make Icom Hotel the best in Pekanbaru.

The hotel is a bit old, overall okay, still comfortable and clean to stay in, but the shower is fragile and fell on my head, but when I complained, the staff was quick and what I was worried about was me being hit by the shower (hit by the shower head).

The floor of the room was dusty and not cleaned, my feet were hit by smooth and sharp objects, there was also a bone like in the photo that was also stepped on and I placed it near the leg of the round table.
