Best Hotels in Dumai, Indonesia

The room was dusty. We asked for non smoking room but the room still smell smoky. I even found ants on top of the blanket.

Everything was good, it has been our company ' s preferred hotel whenever travelling to this location.

Great breakfast, near with Mosque.

Kesekian kalinya memilih stay di The Zuri Dumai, so far masih seperti biasa nyaman dan bersih, lokasi juga strategis. Cuma kali ini sedikit kecewa ketika booking 2 hari x 2 kamar tapi minta es batu 1 gelas aja masih mau di charge Rp. 20.000, sementara setiap kali ke hotel2 lain yg rate nya kadang dibawah ini, es batu doang tidak diperhitungkan. Mungkin kudu dipertimbangkan lah service unmaterial seperti ini pak. Lumayan kecewa sih baru kali ini dihitung segininya.

The hotel is new. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The price is affordable and also include breakfast. The toilet is clean too. The tv is very small. but I don't like watch TV so no problem. The place is not in main road
