This is my first time staying here because I wanted to try a recommended hotel in Dumai. The hotel is clean, the room is also clean, the mini bar equipment is also quite clean, the bathroom is also clean, the equipment in the bathroom is lacking, namely the plastic for diapers and sanitary napkins is not there, more than that is already there. The swimming pool is quite clean, but the TV here is still not smart/Android TV, other than that it is okay

Clean and comfortable. The food is varied and delicious. The downside is the ATM is far away. The room attendant forgot how many items we brought to the room. The receptionist forgot to provide proof of deposit. The waiter took our plates away too quickly after eating and didn't ask permission before taking them.
