I first arrived at around 1:30 PM WIB and the check-in lobby was completely empty, so I had to wait a long time. The area was very quiet.
- Second, manual check-in via the barcode requested on the Cove website.
- Third, early check-in was impossible even 30 minutes before check-in time, even though I had been asked to complete manual check-in via the website by re-entering my details. If I wanted to check in before 2:00 PM, I would be charged 100,000 Rupiah per hour. However, if I wanted early check-in 30 minutes before 2:00 PM, I could only pay 50,000 Rupiah.
- Fourth, I booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) as per my booking on Traveloka, but I was asked for an additional fee. When I told them to check my booking, the staff immediately remained silent.
- Fifth, the room number provided on the Cove website differed from the key provided. According to the Traveloka booking information, the room size was 36 square meters, but in reality, I was given a room 26 square meters.
When I checked out, there was no one in the lobby at all, so I was confused about where to look. After calling the phone number provided at check-in, the response took a long time.

Highly recommended for transit flights departing in the early morning. The location is pleasant, comfortable, and affordable. The service from the security guard and receptionist was excellent, even though I arrived in the middle of the night.
