I first arrived at around 1:30 PM WIB and the check-in lobby was completely empty, so I had to wait a long time. The area was very quiet.

- Third, early check-in was impossible even 30 minutes before check-in time, even though I had been asked to complete manual check-in via the website by re-entering my details. If I wanted to check in before 2:00 PM, I would be charged 100,000 Rupiah per hour. However, if I wanted early check-in 30 minutes before 2:00 PM, I could only pay 50,000 Rupiah.
- Fourth, I booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) as per my booking on Traveloka, but I was asked for an additional fee. When I told them to check my booking, the staff immediately remained silent.
- Fifth, the room number provided on the Cove website differed from the key provided. According to the Traveloka booking information, the room size was 36 square meters, but in reality, I was given a room 26 square meters.
When I checked out, there was no one in the lobby at all, so I was confused about where to look. After calling the phone number provided at check-in, the response took a long time.
