The hotel has a comfort open-space concept, which makes the atmosphere feel fresh and relaxing—perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together with family. We arrived late at night, but late check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. There were plenty of family-friendly activities available, which made our short stay feel full and meaningful. The outdoor areas were spacious and well-kept, great for kids to run around and for adults to relax.

The staff was very friendly. I got a free upgrade because the room I booked was unavailable. There is a problem with our AC, but they tried to resolve it quickly and moved us to a new room when they couldn’t fix the AC. The location was perfect, it is in the middle of the city and near Ciwalk. The parking area was spacious.

It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Janevalla Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I plan a staycation in the city. I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay! Staff nya sangat ramah, membantu sekali. Fasilitas hotel OK, kamar bersih, wifi, air panas, ac berfungsi dengan baik. Minta sendok dan handuk baru bener2 langsung disediakan, titip barang sebelum check in aman. Hotel berada di lokasi yang bagus, sebelah nya ada indomart, kemana2 dekat, cari makanan gampang. We arrived late at night and received a friendly and welcoming welcome from the hotel staff. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The room was spacious, with a comfortable, soundproof bed. Extending our stay was also easy and straightforward. The location is in the heart of Bandung, making it easy and convenient to get around.
