This hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed here during the BTN East Java event. The staff was amazing, and they were incredibly kind. They even gave me an extra late check-out without any charges. My brother suffered an injury during the full marathon, so he needed time to recover before checking out. Thank you again to the staff; they were incredibly responsive and very kind.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Jakarta with direct access to Grand Indonesia, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Bundaran HI. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return on my next visit to Jakarta. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

It was a very comfortable stay. The location is strategic, so you don't have to worry about finding food around the hotel. There are food stalls, Indomaret, and food stalls. It's within walking distance to the National Monument (Monas), and it's close to the city center. Online food orders arrive quickly. I really like the rooftop, a comfortable place to hang out and smoke while enjoying the Jakarta atmosphere. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta.
