The service is absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive from the start via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly friendly right up until check-in. I was served by the receptionist, Ms. Jasmine, who was very friendly and responsive, and it didn't take long. I also got a free room upgrade to an executive room, plus a free donut snack. It was delicious, my kids loved it. Absolutely the best.

Nice & comfortable for a short stay I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff has been exceptionally accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance is pleasant for a small hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and clean mattress, and a nice bathroom. The location is very strategic, just a short walk to the mall. I was hesitant because I saw bad reviews, but thank God it was really satisfying😍 The security guard was really rude, I think he was the rudest security guard I've ever met, but the receptionist was really friendly (an old man) and they didn't ask for a deposit either. I slept in room 107, the room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. There was a blanket, 2 pillows, and 2 towels (not neat because I took a photo after using them), the bathroom was clean. The water was also running. There was shampoo and soap in the toilet. In addition, the TV was on, and the AC was also working well. It was a bit difficult to open the door, but when I asked for help, they responded quickly, although they didn't smile enough, maybe because they were tired. Overall, I was really satisfied staying here last night😍
