The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

We had a very pleasant experience during our stay at Gaia Hotel. Loved the hotel ambiance, the gardens are especially beautiful, loved the Koi pond and the greenhouse, too. Really enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, the food and beverages are excellent. Especially my husband loved the steak and beverages. Our big appreciation goes to Fajar Hakim, Daniel, Chandra, Asep, Ruben, Rizki and Marisa from the Club Lounge for their attentiveness, warmth and genuinely caring towards us. You are all the best!

The staff is friendly, thank you for the free upgrade to an executive room with a pool view. The bed is queen-sized, and the room is spacious. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast menu is delicious with lots of choices. There's also a gym so you can stay fit. The free welcome drink is a free cappuccino. Oh yeah, the simple menu is also delicious, including bangbang chicken, chicken karage, katsudon, gochujang, and teriyaki chicken. Will be back again, God willing.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Bandung. The service was great, the staffs are friendly and really helpful and the food was also delicious. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the location is strategic, right on the roadside, so it's easy to find. If the parking lot is full, security will handle it. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, not causing aches, and the pillows are also comfortable to sleep on. The toilet and bathroom are clean. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. It's not just a random breakfast. In the future, I won't be confused about where to stay when I go to Lembang.
