The hotel is an old building but very well maintained. The building is large and spacious. Ample parking. Rooms: very spacious, clean, cool, smart TV includes Netflix, fast Wi-Fi. Bathroom: bathtub, complete amenities, towels for the gym, hot water. Breakfast: many variations of western and Asian menus, delicious taste. Staff: friendly, full of smiles. Facilities: very good and complete gym, pool. There are several restaurants but haven't tried them all.

The administrative process was fast and straightforward. When I asked for information on nearby restaurants, the staff promptly provided accurate recommendations. 3. Facilities: The hotel provides complete basic facilities such as stable free WiFi, a parking area, and a restaurant. The restaurant's location on the ground floor makes it easy to have breakfast or dinner without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but varied for a hotel in its class. 4. Service The hotel staff was very friendly, responsive, and professional from check-in to check-out. Requests for additional towels were handled promptly. The friendliness and courtesy of the front office and housekeeping teams left a positive impression. 4. Location and Access The hotel's location is very strategic, in the center of Samarinda, adjacent to the SCP Mall, culinary centers, and easy access to APT Pranoto Airport. The recommendations I read were true. Hotel Yello was very clean, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I put my head on the pillow. I usually have trouble sleeping if the mattress isn't so comfortable. The hotel is easy to access everywhere, and there are lots of restaurants nearby.

Starting from the spacious parking lot, the friendly and helpful receptionist service, the complete facilities, there are aesthetic art paintings in every hallway, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, just happened to get one without windows yesterday, for the gym facilities are also quite ok and complete but access is a bit difficult because it is on the 2nd floor where the hallway is locked (so you need a 2nd floor access card that can be requested at the receptionist first if the hallway is locked), the wifi is smooth, there is a dispenser if you want hot water and water refills, for breakfast food is varied and delicious. Overall good and recommended.
