Mercure Samarinda

Staying at the Mercure Samarinda Hotel was impressive, what I liked most was the food at breakfast which was tastier than other hotels, thank you Mercure for making an impression

The room was comfortable, but the toilet was a bit smelly, the blower wasn't working properly, and breakfast was only for 1 adult and 1 child under 5. A husband, wife, and child would have to pay an additional 200,000++ Rupiah. Breakfast is usually for 2 adults everywhere.

Hmm, honestly a disappointing first experience, for this price range I personally would have been better off somewhere else, the room I booked was a king size on the top floor, but I got single beds that were put together, and on the cover of the card that was given, it was covered with a sticker that said the room should have been on the 15th floor but became the 7th floor, when I first entered I was a bit shocked by the carpet that could be said to be dirty with lots of stains from who knows what spills, I had made a reservation well in advance and thought I would get what I wanted, but instead I got a mediocre room, which was very unfortunate, the room that was supposed to be a single bed was given to a guest who booked a king size bed, by putting two single beds together, thanks, I will not be going back again.

Staying at the Mercure was very comfortable, with friendly staff who greeted and served guests, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. 🏽

A comfortable hotel with friendly and responsive staff. Complete facilities, close to places of worship (churches) and a mall.

I was a bit disappointed because I requested a room with a view of the Mahakam River but was given one on the slightly rundown side of town, limiting my view of the outside. And the bathroom was less than tidy.
