Hotels near Kota Kasablanka Mall

2 Nights staying at the hotel could not sleep well because of the view of the cemetery and had asked the reception to change rooms but could not with the reason that tge room was full of guest from egypt. I'll not book this hotel again cz the reception is less able to help and provide solutions for us

The apartment is spacious and kids friendly though the funitures are quite old and needs some repair. But overal we still love it.

the unit has 3 rooms but I am only allowed to use 1 room as according to the person my booking at app is for 1 room (listing doesn’t specify number of room etc). But, I’m allowed to use 2 toilets available in the unit. Later, I found out that the room I am allowed to use comes with leaking aircond, contacted and waited for 30mins before he finally turned-up and suggested to put a pile under the leaking aircond (above the room entrance door). Avoid booking this unit (G-08, Montreal Montana Tower). It is rundown and different from descriptions at web. I felt cheated the moment I step in the unit. Also, they requested for refundable deposit of idr500,000 but no receipt issued to me. Also, requested for copy of my passport (not stated in description). For 3 nights I am paying, I am very much disappointed. The only plus point - apartment is connected to Casablanka Mall, very convenient.

The check in process was not helpful, I thought the transactions in the application were sufficient. Turns out I had to move to the application

We Have No Wifi in this room that 's made us in trouble for staycation while working 😥.

The check-in time waited too long so that 2 hours was wasted and the living room air conditioner leaked not according to compensation.
