The hotel staff is very friendly, check in is easy, the hotel food is quite delicious, the area around the hotel also has many interesting culinary delights. Surprise, surprise when checking out, surprised that the car that was quite dirty became quite clean, maybe washed by the hotel while we were resting, thank you very much Hotel Semeru for the best service.. Once or twice a month we definitely have to go to Bogor, because my child is studying at Univ IPB, hopefully Hotel Semeru will be the best choice every time we go to Bogor and have to stay.

My stay at the Grand Savero Bogor was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was strategically located near the Bogor Botanical Gardens. As we enjoyed our previous stay 2 years ago, my wife and I thought we would like another stay here as it's a great location for visiting family and friends. The hotel itself is set in such a peaceful and quiet location it's hard to believe you're in a city. The room is spacious and a very comfortable bed makes it easy to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are just as good. I will say all the staff we encountered were warm, polite, and very welcoming, and although we mainly only had breakfast, the food was really good, tasty, and had good selections. I look forward to my next visit.

The staff is very friendly. The price is minimal, but the facilities are excellent. There's an en suite bathroom, a television, free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fan (price is reasonable).
