It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

First time staying here, brought my parents and younger sibling, because the location is strategic in the center of Braga, for entry access because it is located in Braga Citywalk you have to go through the back, when you first enter the parking lot, the staff are very friendly and even helped carry your things to the front of the room, the reception staff are also friendly, in the lobby area there is a mini playground, there is a mini minimarket, the deluxe room is spacious, and the family room is really worth it, the bathroom is spacious, the AC is cold, additional cold drinks in the fridge too, the food is also delicious but the variety is a bit limited, it's okay, if you want to go out, easy access, lots of street food, grab is also easy and close to everywhere, really like it, the family also likes it, thank you Fave Braga

The location is also central and convenient. I had a great time visiting the Asia Afrika conference museum and the Braga Walk nearby with many artsy cafes and stores. Pak Raditya Budi Satrio, the Assistant Manager, helped us tremendously when my wife got injured and needed to visit a doctor. It was the service at another level. Thank you very much Pak Raditya. The hotel is blessed to have you. As for the breakfast, it’s considered very good for a four-star hotel standard. There is a lot of variety of foods. We stayed in a condotel bedroom and the room was so spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Excellent for the staff service, both the female and male are very friendly, helpful too, the staff service needs to be appreciated, for breakfast the variety is quite good and most importantly the taste is really good for the taste it is really thought about and made to look like it is intentional (the coffee is maybe a little lacking in coffee, the others are already very good), for the room it is very clean, the most important thing is that the room is clean, very comfortable, and the bathroom has a strong shower and can be warm, suitable for the cold atmosphere of Bandung, the mattress is also very comfortable, maybe the pillow is a bit hard, but overall for a hotel with that budget to get excellent facilities is really cool, will definitely always come back here, because everything is nice loveee ❤️

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Janevalla Bandung has always been my top choice whenever I plan a staycation in the city. I recently stayed there again, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the food menu has been upgraded—the selections were great, and everything tasted delicious. The room ambience remains just as cozy and stylish as ever, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The service is consistently excellent—the staff are always friendly, polite, and very attentive. I think the front office team even recognizes me by now since I’ve stayed here several times! Overall, Janevalla Bandung never fails to impress. I always recommend this hotel to friends visiting Bandung—it’s truly a fantastic place to stay!
