The hotel is clean, comfortable, satisfied with that price and very recommended. Yesterday there were 2 bad but memorable experiences happened to us. First, when I first checked in I did not realize that there were my valuables such as a camera and all of my photographic equipment left in one of the indomaret in Mataram and I asked the hotel staff to help find it because I did not know the way, and 2 hotel employees were alert and happy the heart helps find and praise God finally found. Secondly, because I was staying with my young children, at breakfast one of my children broke the glass and I reported this incident to the hotel so I could compensate for the broken glass, it turns out the hotel free the broken glass, very great service for friends don't hesitate to stay at the hotel, besides the price is cheap the service of the employees is very good. If I have a vacation to Lombok again I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
