The hotel was clean, the staff were all friendly, the rooms were spacious, there was a smart TV, a comprehensive breakfast menu, and best of all, the hotel's location was close to a mall, entertainment venues, cafes, restaurants, offices, a food market, a train station, and everything else. During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Guys, if you go to Bandung and are looking for a strategic hotel, clean, friendly staff, there are bolsters, you can borrow irons, you must stay here. I highly recommend this hotel, even though the room is a bit small but it is very comfortable, the bed and pillows are clean, then you get a bolster, the AC also works well, there is a water heater, amenities are available, you get clean towels too, basically the best stay here! On each floor there is a dispenser so you can refill water and there is a hot water kettle too, coffee, tea, and sugar are provided! The best anyway, next time I go to Bandung I will stay here again🫶🏻

Summerbird Bed and Brasserie

I often stay in Bandung because my child lives in a dormitory in the Bandung area. This was my first time staying here and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, fragrant, well-lit, and comfortable. I asked for it to be cleaned on the first day of my stay, and the room service replaced the bed cover and sheets. 🙂 There is a cafe downstairs with delicious and aesthetic food and drinks. The car park is very adequate. Highly recommended to stay here. Next time I will stay here again 😍

Worthy for price. Cleans for bed room and bathroom, Cable TV is okay, no meal or resto but good location for easy find resto, food and drink. Only 50 meter from Yogya supermarket and Istana Plaza Mall...but a bit noisy cause sidewalk Highway...recommended for backpacker or low budget hotel

This inn is perfect for backpackers, because it provides comfortable rooms (new buildings, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, TV, wasthafel, bathroom) at a cheap price.
