We had an amazing stay at Hotel Tentrem. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious breakfast options, and the à la carte dishes were full of authentic flavor. The rooms were very clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were well-designed and well-lit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Had the best experience here! Incredible breakfast buffet with the best service and care from Fathin and Anjeli, also the other staff.
I stayed in Alana Surabaya before, but this Alana is totally different from the one in Surabaya.
A big and very clean and comfortable room with great amenities. A great value to the price you pay for the room.
Hotel facilities like the swimming pool were also top notch.
I was here for a business trip but whilst also bringing my family along because it was over the weekend.
The meeting facilities were also great.
The hotel location is also close to nearby attractions that I like.
So will be sure to come back here again.

Cek in malam jam 7-an, disambut dengan baik. Kamarnya luas, sprei dan selimutnya asli wanginya awet. Pagi-pagi juga sudah disiapin teh hangat 2 gelas sama roti 2. Cek out tengah malam pun dilayani dengan ramah. Bakal balik lagi sih ke sini kalau main ke Jogja
