I had a great stay at Mercure Cikini! The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, I slept like a log. The location was perfect for me since I had an event at Taman Ismail Marzuki, which was just a short walk away, which was super convenient. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Mercure Jakarta Cikini for two nights. It was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is very strategic, close to shopping centers. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff, especially at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for business trips or family vacations.

The staff is very friendly, before check in time we were able to leave our luggage and our luggage was delivered to the room. The food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious. Access to Gambir is close. In front of and around the hotel there are many very interesting snacks.

The first time I checked in, I felt bad, there was a hotel line. It's not airline tickets that can be delayed, but hotels should be organized, considering the number of bookings, etc. I don't know if it's because of the unorganized queues. The room availability check was slow. I booked well in advance and paid, but the room wasn't ready, and I wasn't given a key. They said I had to wait 30 minutes, even though I checked in around 4:30 PM, not 1:00 PM...it just doesn't make sense. It was indeed full during the holiday season, but it felt unprofessional. Usually, if I've booked at another hotel, it's fine, and they give me the key in a few minutes. The parking lot was also full, and I had to cross to the building across the street. I think they should improve the room management system, as a star-rated hotel is overwhelmed. If it's full, just be honest and close it to new guests.
