The location is very accessible. The service is top notch However, the cleanliness of the room still can be improved, we found several dead flies hanging in the window😂, and I feel like the floor is sandy. But the overall stay was great! One of the things I really like is they provided this walking tour with a view where you can go walking for about 1km up to the point where you have a really nice view of the 5 mountains surrounding the area (total of 2km- return), really fun and relaxing, we can breathe a very fresh air you can’t get in Jakarta

It's a shame the location is quite nice with the view, but the rooms are starting to look a bit run down. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa, but the downstairs master bedroom was leaking and damp, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. On the second night, we didn't sleep in that room at all, moving to a smaller upstairs bedroom, with our child sleeping on the living room sofa.

A very enjoyable experience staying with family at Sunsetfalls Garden Resort in Magelang Regency. The resort is nice, there is a private pool, suitable for those who want to vacation with family. Inside the resort there is a cafe and you can take various holiday packages for the Telomoyo area and its surroundings. Just don't be surprised if there are sometimes flies. This is normal because the location is close to a village where there are people making fertilizer. But it is safe, pest control is on standby 24 hours. and it doesn't smell.

Sunsetfall Magelang is the perfect sanctuary to hit the "pause button" and enjoy a slice of slow living. We stayed for one night with the family and were immediately refreshed by the cool mountain air and the serene atmosphere. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a stunning, direct view of Mount Andong. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary treats provided in the room, including four bottles of juice, cookies, cassava chips, and fresh fruits. They even provided essential oils, which created such a relaxing ambiance. The staff's hospitality is world-class. Despite it being our first visit, they surprised me with a birthday mini-cake, room decoration and gathered outside our room to sing "Happy Birthday." It was such a touching and sincere gesture that made our stay unforgettable. A special shout-out to Miss Kiesha, who was one of our favorites—she is truly caring and attentive to every detail. Suggestions for the future: The resort grounds are quite expansive and beautiful. To make it even more family-friendly, I suggest upgrading the mini-zoo area and perhaps adding a dedicated kids' playground to take full advantage of the outdoor space. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

A one-day stay at this resort isn't enough, as there are plenty of activities to do. My family and I stayed in the Executive Suite Pool Villa 307. My husband and I tried ATV riding with the kids (me with my eldest, my husband with my second), through the mountains to a vegetable farm. The air was cool and clean, a journey of approximately 3.6 km. There were also activities to the fresh vegetable garden (garden with farmers, in collaboration with Sunsetfalls), then jeep tours, VW tours, rafting, and more. The resort also has a mini zoo for children to interact with child-friendly animals. The best of the best photo spots. In the evening, I relaxed in the private heated pool with my husband, enjoying the relaxing sound of the wind rustling through the pine trees, the aesthetic lighting, and the beautiful night view. In the morning, I opened all the windows in the master bedroom and the family room upstairs. The clean, fresh mountain breeze wafted throughout. It truly felt calm, comfortable, and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in Jakarta. Thank you Sunsetfalls. Please pray for us that we can return here for a new experience.

It was a nice experience to stay in Sunsetfalls Garden and resort. Room is spacious and comfortable; room snacks, warm pool, park, small farm and fish pond. Foods were good and delicious. Some improvement could be added like spa by hotel, building maintenance, variety of the breakfast menu.
