My second stay here was equally disappointing. We arrived late at night. Two days prior, I'd confirmed that an extra bed would be provided, and it had already been paid for. My first stay here was for a family vacation. I got room 1131. It smelled really bad when I walked in. It was coming from the toilet. I don't know if it was clogged or something. I understand that this is a 4-star hotel, so I had quite high expectations for the quality of the rooms. I booked 4 rooms, and all of them had issues with cleanliness and maintenance. I think the bathroom cleanliness still has room for improvement, especially in some corners of the shower area, which looked like they needed more attention. Furthermore, there were some cracked and peeling paint on the walls, the carpet looked faded in some areas, and the countertops showed signs of needing maintenance to improve their appearance.
