Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay and my family and I would definitely revisit.

Hotel room is very spacious and clean; it has all the necessities you need. We had an extra bed in our room and there is still a lot of space left. Very satisfied with our stay, a big plus for us is unlimited water bottles which meant we didn’t have to bring back water bottles to the room and that was awesome! Walking distance and it’s covered bridge to 1 Utama mall which is soo huge and literally has everything you need. Will be back again for sure.

I didn't put much expectation in the hotel as it looked like an old hotel from the exterior. I chose it because it was near my grandma's place. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the interior and the service. But then when I went to room is when I texted my friends to try this hotel. The newly refurbished room is beautiful, clean. And just perfect. A definite must stay.

This hotel is very nice! All of its aspect were very marvellous. First, its service was exceptional (meet my expectation as Sheraton is a five star hotel). Second, the location is very great. It's very close to the Monorail Station and there's a shopping mall on the other side. Great job Sheraton!

It was definitely one sweet and unforgettable stay. The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. The facilities for me is all in 1 for family vacation. They provide swimming pool, gym and the breakfast was awesome. They provide vegetarian dishes also, so for me is excellent. The most valuable that the hotel is connected to the gardens mall, so it's very convenient to fulfill all our needed.

Hyatt Place Kuala Lumpur Bukit Jalil
A very clean, practical hotel. Starbucks is right at ground floor. Price is value for money. Location very good and convenient right beside Pavillion Mall. The rooms are spacious and has a sofa bed which actually is very comfortable and relaxing. Service is friendly and very professional. Will definitely come back to stay in Hyatt Place for my next visit to KL
