Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with a washing machine, a full set of dining equipment, an electrical stove, and a refrigerator. It's really recommended if you plan a trip to KL with your family. Location itself is close to the KLCC area, and accessibility from and to the hotel is very easy with a lot of transportation mode options. Of course, I'll make a reservation again in this hotel if I have a trip to KL.

Saya sangat puas dengan semuanya di Face Suites, dari lokasi yang dekat ke mana-mana, untuk kuliner dekat, dan karena saya dalam rangka Idul Fitri jadi akses ke masjid untuk melaksanakan salat Id sangat mudah dengan berjalan kaki. Dan ada satu hal lagi yang berkesan, untuk staff mekaniknya (saya lupa perhatikan namanya, but you know who you are) yang sangat helpful walau tengah malam saya kesulitan perihal laundry mesin, dia sigap datang untuk membantu kendala saat penggunaan laundry mesin. No wonder tamunya yang datang ramai, karena all services are worth it the price 👍.

Good hotel staycation in KL. Hopefully the buffet breakfast will be back soon as kids love the food although it's only a la carte and not much choices during this covid period. Will definitely come back!

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave.
On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own.
The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This was one of the worst stays in my past Expedia experience. The room was spacious, but not clean when we arrived. The location and view from the top floor were great. Yet the elevators were extremely slow, adding 5 minutes both ways.
Our room was opened unannounced by a worker while we were trying to relax in the room, and he immediately left without any explanation, making us feel unsafe in the hotel.
The building was shared with multiple hotel providers, and the lobby was quite busy and unorganised.
Please stay away from this property if you are expecting any starred hotel standards.

Really surprised no towels, bathrobes set in the room. Phone could not connect to front desk, housekeeping. I had to go down to ask for towels. Finally I was able to find extension for room service hoping to speak to someone but the staff didn’t speak English well. Even a 3 star and 4 star hotel had better service.

Comfort and cleanliness is good. However…
1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water
2. Bad experience at the restaurant!
(I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast!
(II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded.
(III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers!
(IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’
(V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer?
Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests?

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room.
But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point.
Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned.
Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property.

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. There were several things that have brought down the experience from what it was in the past.
The pool area is very nice, It still has a great view of the city at night. They do not serve any food or drinks in the pool area. There is no support staff by the pool. Only a security guard. There were many people and not enough pool area furniture available
The ability to have room service is limited to after 5pm.
The main restaurant (Deep Blue) on the top floor is still very beautiful and the food is good. The restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed.
The lobby furniture is a little run down and needs to be replaced. It made the place not look as amazing as it once had.
At times during the day it is very difficult to get an elevator because there are too few available, that cover too many floors, with a lot foot traffic needing to go up and down. Wait time is a little excessive.
The location of the hotel is great and you have several connections available to public transportation

This was listed as a 5 star property on expedia. At best, this was a 2 star property. The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. They didn't even have a way to pull up our booking upon arrival-- we had to show a printed copy from expedia. The ammenities listed on their website are not actually on their property-- you have to go to an entirely different hotel. This is A SCAM. Shame on Expedia for allowing this property to be listed as 5 stars.

Noone at the reception to help with luggage or greet when we arrived. No water in the room, had to wait over 1.5 hours to get it delivered. No hot water in the rooms - luke warm at best when you switch on the water heater. They dont know what customer service is. Waiting for lifts on New years eve was a nightmare when they closed 2 lifts. Wouldnt recommend.

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room.
But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point.
Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned.
Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property.
Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one.
Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. There were several things that have brought down the experience from what it was in the past.
The pool area is very nice, It still has a great view of the city at night. They do not serve any food or drinks in the pool area. There is no support staff by the pool. Only a security guard. There were many people and not enough pool area furniture available
The ability to have room service is limited to after 5pm.
The main restaurant (Deep Blue) on the top floor is still very beautiful and the food is good. The restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed.
The lobby furniture is a little run down and needs to be replaced. It made the place not look as amazing as it once had.
At times during the day it is very difficult to get an elevator because there are too few available, that cover too many floors, with a lot foot traffic needing to go up and down. Wait time is a little excessive.
The location of the hotel is great and you have several connections available to public transportation

This was listed as a 5 star property on expedia. At best, this was a 2 star property. The staff was unhelpful and disinterested. They didn't even have a way to pull up our booking upon arrival-- we had to show a printed copy from expedia. The ammenities listed on their website are not actually on their property-- you have to go to an entirely different hotel. This is A SCAM. Shame on Expedia for allowing this property to be listed as 5 stars.

Noone at the reception to help with luggage or greet when we arrived. No water in the room, had to wait over 1.5 hours to get it delivered. No hot water in the rooms - luke warm at best when you switch on the water heater. They dont know what customer service is. Waiting for lifts on New years eve was a nightmare when they closed 2 lifts. Wouldnt recommend.

Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good.
