Gia đình mình rất thích khách sạn này, từ lúc bước vào phòng ai cũng waooo vì thiết kế của căn phòng đẹp và cảm giác rất dễ chịu, thoải mái. Từ khách sạn đi bộ đến tháp Petronas gần lắm. Lần sau đến Kualalumpur chắc chắn mình sẽ book tiếp khách sạn này.

Saya sangat puas dengan semuanya di Face Suites, dari lokasi yang dekat ke mana-mana, untuk kuliner dekat, dan karena saya dalam rangka Idul Fitri jadi akses ke masjid untuk melaksanakan salat Id sangat mudah dengan berjalan kaki. Dan ada satu hal lagi yang berkesan, untuk staff mekaniknya (saya lupa perhatikan namanya, but you know who you are) yang sangat helpful walau tengah malam saya kesulitan perihal laundry mesin, dia sigap datang untuk membantu kendala saat penggunaan laundry mesin. No wonder tamunya yang datang ramai, karena all services are worth it the price 👍.

Kỳ nghỉ 5 đêm của chúng tôi tại căn hộ hai phòng ngủ thật dễ chịu. Thực đơn bữa sáng tuyệt vời, phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng, và vị trí ở trung tâm thành phố giúp dễ dàng đi đến mọi nơi. Hồ bơi vô cực và tầm nhìn từ skydeck thật tuyệt vời. Nhìn chung, đó là một trải nghiệm dễ chịu.

Phòng rộng rãi, được trang bị máy giặt, đầy đủ đồ dùng ăn uống, bếp điện và tủ lạnh. Thật sự rất đáng để thử nếu bạn có kế hoạch đi KL cùng gia đình.
Vị trí gần khu vực KLCC, đi lại từ và đến khách sạn rất dễ dàng với nhiều lựa chọn phương tiện di chuyển.
Tất nhiên, tôi sẽ đặt phòng lại ở khách sạn này nếu có chuyến đi KL

Miscellaneous/security deposit is required upon check-in by credit card or cash. The amount collected will be minimum MYR300.00nett - MYR500.00NET (refundable) per room either by credit card or cash. Credit Card release clause within/more or less 14 working days and Debit card release clause within/more or less 30 working days. Cardholders have the right to DISPUTE OR REVOKE the transaction with the bank issuer if the amount is still holding, which may lead to the bank issuer contacting the merchant and requesting the hold be removed.
Smoking or organizing any kind of party or gathering are not allowed in the room, compressor room or Sky Deck. When smoking / bad room condition occurs during your stay RM500 Cleaning Fee will be billed to your account.
Please be informed that there will be a temporary interruption of electricity supply to facilitate essential maintenance work, scheduled as follows: 📅 Date: Thursday, 30 October 2025 ⏰ Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 📍 Affected Areas: All units from Level 9 to Level 50A, Gym Room & Swimming Pool Guests are advised to ensure that all electrical appliances are switched off before the shutdown and to unplug any sensitive or valuable electronic devices to prevent damage from potential power surges once supply is restored. Additionally, please be aware that due to this electricity interruption, the Gymnasium and Swimming Pool will be temporarily closed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the same date.

Destaca la piscina infinity, aunque no da directamente a las Petronas se ve desde un lateral, la piscina de las fotos de Petronas es The Face y no el edificio Platinum o the Face Suites.
Atencion rápida en recepcion para check in check out y también el housekeeping Calor en los pasillos del hotel y en el ascensor , en la habitación perfecto con muchos aparatos de aire que podías regular. Suite amplisima con cocina, frigo y lavadora secadora. Camas muy cómodas baño enorme. Ubicacion estupenda andando 10 min Petronas.

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave.
On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own.
The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

This was one of the worst stays in my past Expedia experience. The room was spacious, but not clean when we arrived. The location and view from the top floor were great. Yet the elevators were extremely slow, adding 5 minutes both ways.
Our room was opened unannounced by a worker while we were trying to relax in the room, and he immediately left without any explanation, making us feel unsafe in the hotel.
The building was shared with multiple hotel providers, and the lobby was quite busy and unorganised.
Please stay away from this property if you are expecting any starred hotel standards.

My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view.
The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL.

Really surprised no towels, bathrobes set in the room. Phone could not connect to front desk, housekeeping. I had to go down to ask for towels. Finally I was able to find extension for room service hoping to speak to someone but the staff didn’t speak English well. Even a 3 star and 4 star hotel had better service.

Comfort and cleanliness is good. However…
1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water
2. Bad experience at the restaurant!
(I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast!
(II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded.
(III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers!
(IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’
(V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer?
Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests?
Compliment to:
1. The responsiveness of the back reservation staff
2. The front desk for smooth checki in and check out.

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room.
But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point.
Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned.
Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property.
Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one.
Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.

I have been upgraded with free. Check in and check out is fast. Nice and friendly staff. Modern and comfortable appartment with full equipments make me feel like home. Perfect view from the hotel.

Destaca la piscina infinity, aunque no da directamente a las Petronas se ve desde un lateral, la piscina de las fotos de Petronas es The Face y no el edificio Platinum o the Face Suites.
Atencion rápida en recepcion para check in check out y también el housekeeping Calor en los pasillos del hotel y en el ascensor , en la habitación perfecto con muchos aparatos de aire que podías regular. Suite amplisima con cocina, frigo y lavadora secadora. Camas muy cómodas baño enorme. Ubicacion estupenda andando 10 min Petronas.

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave.
On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own.
The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

The place was brilliant. It was spacious. We got a view of kl tower and merdeka 118. Overall can't fault our stay. Infinity pool was the best. You can see klcc, kl tower and merdeka 118.

This was one of the worst stays in my past Expedia experience. The room was spacious, but not clean when we arrived. The location and view from the top floor were great. Yet the elevators were extremely slow, adding 5 minutes both ways.
Our room was opened unannounced by a worker while we were trying to relax in the room, and he immediately left without any explanation, making us feel unsafe in the hotel.
The building was shared with multiple hotel providers, and the lobby was quite busy and unorganised.
Please stay away from this property if you are expecting any starred hotel standards.

My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view.
The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL.

Really surprised no towels, bathrobes set in the room. Phone could not connect to front desk, housekeeping. I had to go down to ask for towels. Finally I was able to find extension for room service hoping to speak to someone but the staff didn’t speak English well. Even a 3 star and 4 star hotel had better service.

Comfort and cleanliness is good. However…
1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water
2. Bad experience at the restaurant!
(I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast!
(II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded.
(III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers!
(IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’
(V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer?
Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests?
Compliment to:
1. The responsiveness of the back reservation staff
2. The front desk for smooth checki in and check out.
Hope that FACE Hotel look into what we have just feedback!

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room.
But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point.
Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned.
Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property.
Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one.
Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.
