The staff was meh, they really went just straight to business and not happy or excited to have you. The room was very very small, but clean and I didn't need a ton of room since I was gone most of the day. But it felt like a coffin. The room service was next to my room and still couldn't get a cleaning till 4pm in the afternoon after I returned. Location isn't near anything really great, I asked for places to go and the staff had zero clue for bars or good eats. But if you need a room that is clean, new and in that area, its a good place to stay.

El motivo por el que no otorgué la calificación máxima es el siguiente: aunque solicité varias noches una tarjeta de entrada adicional, no fue posible obtenerla. Por lo tanto, cada vez que llegaba en un horario distinto al de la otra persona que estaba en la habitación, tenían que enviar al de seguridad para que me abrieran la puerta.

Very good location, wonderful staff & service. Only downside is the rooms aren’t sound proof, I could hear everything the room next door (TV, shower, phone calls) and the restaurant was a little disappointing - not much of an atmosphere and limited dining options. Good value for money!

It’s a fine hotel with a decent price. The breakfast buffet isn’t worth it for the price. The location is good considering its proximity to historical sites like the Templor Mayor and metropolitan cathedral. The shower without the guard will not stop to annoy me as the water will just splash everywhere.

Overall not a bad hote. Great location. There was a weird smell, probably form the water in the bathrooms though. Also, if you like windows not all rooms have windows to the outside, so it can feel a bit enclosed. Most importantly though was the service we got from raul. Every morning he was extremely attentive. Anything we needed. Once he was there he gave us full support as on other occasions some of the other staff were horrible.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. Transportation to the Metro and Metro bus was also nearby, making it easy to explore outside of the Historic Center. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people, and it was quiet, clean, and well air-conditioned. The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, which was underwhelming compared to nearby options. For a better value, we found that the VIP restaurant offered a more satisfying breakfast at a lower price.

To start, hotel staff welcome you with fresh infused water, and fresh apples. I walk in and tell them I had a reservation and already knew who I was without even telling them my name, which speaks volumes about the attention and care they put to every guest. And this is the first hotel that I’ve been to that has the latest checkout available at 1:00 pm with no extra cost which was EXTREMELY convenient, because it allowed my family and I to do early last minute exploring around the city. Highly recommend their breakfast buffet that’s included in your stay. The hotel is literally just a few blocks away from the central zocalo which is great. Will definitely come to stay here again when I come back to visit CDMX
