Los Arcos Suites

The staff was very courteous and the courtyard/pool was lovely. The room was older but clean and comfortable. I think it's a good value for the price and I would stay here again.

Very well located across the street from its sister hotel, Playa Los Arcos and beach access. Breakfast vouchers were given to enjoy the buffet breakfast which offered a delicious selection depending on the day. Don’t sleep on the French toast/pancake station and the “eggs your way”. The room smelled a little damp which is to be expected due to the humidity and proximity to the ocean but was remedied by burning the candle I brought with me. Very strict on their wrist band policy but I made it so I could slip it off for the evenings I was going to a nice restaurant. I would stay again.

Overall a great place to stay. The bed in the suite was uncomfortable. Great service!

Amazing spot right in the middle of town but surprisingly quiet and secluded with its central courtyard. We got a room facing the courtyard (travelling with a baby), and it was super quiet and our monitor reached the pool. You also get beachfront access to the towels and chairs through the sister hotel. The staff are amazing and the property is clean. The room was a bit outdated but spacious and cool. The kitchen was very sparse but we didn’t need to cook while there. Overall, amazing spot and we will be back next time we are in PV!

The staff was amazing and really helpful , our room was so comfortable especially our bed. Also really convenient because we were able to walk almost everywhere. The only thing was the restroom in our room , it needs to be renovated because the walls had some mold and it’s really old. It was clean for sure but I think they can do better and upgrade those areas .

Amazing Locations and being able to use the sister locations next door opened up so many amenities.

All the amenities are at a different hotel requiring you to walk down the block to get drinks, food and towels. The staff on site are great and very attentive. Even though you go to the other site to get your amenities you are not allowed to use that sites pool. If the package is all inclusive at least have the pool available for the guest.

The staff were excellent. We arrived 3 hours before check-in and they let us check-in early and upgraded our room to a bigger suite. Then when we went to check out they let us use the facilities for 3 extra hours as we had nowhere to be. So lovely. The furniture is getting older, the internet wasn’t always working in our room, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Average. Had to argue with them for two hours for a cancellation refund. They kept delaying the refund. Alejandro at the front desk was amazing. The management and accounting Need to get a reality check…

Clean room.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very responsive to concerns (in room safe stopped working) and replaced the concerns quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was very firm and the pillows were not great. A/C was extremely efficient and kept us comfortable.

Ac worked well,rooms can be updated, tiles toilets, dishes,pots etc. buffet food most times wasn't even warm never mind hot. can only get three items at roof top snack bar when all inclusive, should at least be able to get nachos. Over all great stay every time, would be nice to have a few changes

I struggled writing this review because I truly appreciated some aspects of Los Arcos Suites, but there were also areas that really missed the mark for me. The hotel staff was nice, and the main lobby/pool area was actually more than I expected—beautiful, lively, and a great place to relax. The location and pricing were also excellent, and I wasn’t expecting luxury for what I paid. Where I really struggled was with the cleanliness of the room. The floors and walls felt like they hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned or wiped down in a very long time. The hallway floor outside our door was noticeably cleaner than inside our room. The furniture, walls, and overall space just needed a deep scrubbing, and it made the room feel neglected. On a positive note, I didn’t see any bugs, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, while the location and price are great, the cleanliness is something I can’t overlook. Because of that, I personally wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends or family unless they make improvements to the rooms.

Absolutely! Combination of services by well -trained staff. Being able to utilise facilities in the Grupo Los Arcos Hotel's which are located close to each other.

We really enjoyed our time here. First off, the location is superb -- within a two min. walk are the beach, many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bars, etc. Yet the hotel itself always felt miles away: very chill, relaxed atmosphere. Mostly older people or families, so not lots of crazy partying, no noise problems. The room was spacious and comfy and the cleaners did a great job. We had a king, but it felt like a California king, since it was huge. We didn't use the sofa bed, but it looked full or queen sized if anyone is considering it. The balcony was great. Having a little fridge was good. All hotel staff were nice and helpful. The pool was warm to a great level, and relaxing. Access to the neighboring hotel for beach and breakfast was appreciated. Breakfast was expansive and impressive. All in all, we loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat. My daughter made me promise we would, in fact. And the price was excellent. No complaints, only praise.

The location is epic and couldn’t be better! The beach was beautiful and the chair/towel staff are exceptional! Infact, the staff everywhere in the hotel are A+! Can’t wait to come back!
