all was fine

Pro's: Great location! 2 minute walk to main hotel and beach, used their pools and beach club (loungers and umbrella) Large room with sperate living and kitchen area. Pool was a good size and almost always empty. Aircon was fabulous. Service was magnificent. Staff were above and beyond friendly. Gold status got us free breakfast daily and 1 15 minute massage. Cons: Outside light usually on, room was pretty lit up even with curtain. Hotel is a bit dated but clean, bed was so-so comfy, manageable. Bugs in pool because of beautiful vine wall.. but would benefit from additional daily skimming throughout the day. No privacy doorhanger, and we gave the cleaning ladies a show ;)

Shops and restaurants all within walking distance

The hotel was in the malecón area so there were so many food options and had access to a beach. The hotel allows you to use seats on the beach as an included benefit. The food however was not good at all. So you will definitely need to purchase your own food off site. The drinks were also not good. The hotel could have been cleaner and we saw two small roaches in our room when we stayed. The proximity to everything is the big plus here.

NO HOT WATER IN 4 DAYS, NO FOOD OR DRINKS AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE TO WALK TO THEIR OTHER HOTEL.. I PAID FOR "HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE " @ LEAST HAVE A MINI BAR, COFFEE@ ROOM . I AM DISSATISFIED

The property has a great location walking distance from the Malecón! The food was delicious and staff was very friendly!

Its very close to everything and a lot more quiet than the one by the beach.

We like the area the property is located in because of the ease of walking, location to the beach, and the food & drink options. The stay here was miserable due to the inattention of the front desk. I spoke to them on four different occasions (in the span of 3 days) about the AC in the room not working well. The weather during the majority of our stay was extremely warm and humid therefore this was not a minor issue. We compared our room to the rooms of others that traveled with us to verify that our AC was indeed not working correctly. I was told that the AC was checked and everything was good. This is not acceptable. We were there to vacation, we were not to waste our valuable time every day asking for the staff to address this issue. We do not recommend this property at all.

Hi this is josue from Beaumont ca ive stayed in varies hotels in the area this one is the worst of them all we got in sat 3 am because our flogyt was delayed i had changed hotels to this one because the location was better major mistake we get there at 3 am the lady at the front desk has an attitude from tje beginning i can tell she a huge b i explaned to her that the original reservation was for 4 people but chsntee hotels forgot to put for 3 people the reservstion was set up for 2 peoplr she said there was an up charge of 25.00 i psid extra 100 dollars i was soo tired i didnt want to argue with her then as we were out one night we came with a friend he was just droping us off and she waa like he cant come in rudly we explained he was jusr droping is off so i argued with her told her since we checked in she was rude and that i would ve speaking to management about her Then the next day my cousin and her friend he gets kicked out again that he coulnt be there period and then they went to the Beach were the hotel has an area for guest she again tols The guys that worked there to kick them out i was in schock i will never stay at this hotel again dont waste youre money the hotel had mold in the restroom ceiling and not updated didnt look Nothing like the pictures and to top it off extreme rules that were a little too much. This was for the location Los Arcos Suites there are two l Locations not The Beach one The Suites I sincerely hope that someone talks to that lady .

Good

The rooms were big and the bed was big and comfortable. It is an older hotel but it was clean and you can't beat the area. Close to the malecon and quite a few restaurants.
