The stay does not include breakfast, but there are snacks available for purchase, and there’s a McDonald’s just down the street. The location is excellent, close to everything and surrounded by local restaurants, polar museum, sauna & cold plunge, magic ice bar, all within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend!

Modern budget hotel right in the centre of Tromso. Rooms are small but if bedding down is all you need.. perfect. No thrills, but all good for a few days. Clean and warm. Food and drink options available 24/7 in reception. Hotel is in a excellent location in the city centre with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants including the Hard Rock all a few metres as way. Great for a base to explore Tromso especially if you want to try to save a few pounds in this beautiful but expensive city.

Centrally located in the middle of Tromso its ideal for a single night but rooms are really really small and our room was unbelievably hot and stuffy and we couldn't turn the heating down.

Thank you for a great stay! Conveniently located in central Tromsø. A great base for a busy few days in Tromsø. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. My only criticism is the amount of dust around the bed.

Every time I passed the reception except one time it was unoccupied. Several people were waiting. There was no way to adjust the temperature in the room or open the window. Yes there was a thermostat but it had no effect.

close to major atteactions so walking is very feasible. near affordable restauranta. tip. most establiahmenrs are closed or operate with shorter hours on Sundays. they have a laundry facility ! get yourself booked to use the facility ( first come first served) as the usual cycle takes around 5 hours for one cycle of washing and drying. worth 9 kr per load - is a game changer for travellers.

The hotel is relatively cheap and cheerful by tromso standards so in a lot of ways you get what you pay for… it does represent better value than most. Unfortunately I couldn’t reduce the room temperature as low as I’d of liked so it was too warm over night, this was not the case in all rooms though. Beds are fairly small with a thin mattress, I slept ok from that perspective but it’s something to consider. Doing northern lights tours so getting in late at night I was quite glad I’d chosen a hotel that didn’t have breakfast included.

Temizdi. Resepsiyonda duran kadın çok güler yüzlüydü. Odaya gidiş saçma sapan bir yerdeydi ve cam iç kısma bakıyordu. Çok basık bir odaydı, içim sıkıldı. Erken geldiğimiz için erken checkin yapmak istedik, olumsuz yanıt aldık. Valizlerimizi koyacağımız yeri sorduk ve gittiğimizde arkadaşım kapıyı açamadı. Gidip yapamadığımızı söyledik ve resepsiyonda duran erkek hiç yardımcı değildi. Bir daha kalacağım bir otel değil.

Very friendly and helpful staff, check in and out process was smooth, room was very clean, hotel in a really good location (quite central). The only one less point from me is that there are no kettles in the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea or a hot drink.
