This was our second stay, and it felt just as great as the first. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We requested the same room as our previous visit because of the amazing view, and they managed it to our request!
We booked a standard room, which was more spacious than a typical moderate room. It was well-maintained, clean, and featured a firm yet comfortable bed with a warm blanket. They also had handy amenities like a microwave, hot water, and paper cups at reception for guests to use.
The location was super convenient—just a 5-minute walk to a supermarket, 1-2 minutes to the airport express bus stop, and only a short walk to downtown.
Our second stay was just as great as the first, and we’d definitely come back again!

Excellent hotel , check in and check out very easy , hotel was spotlessly clean , rooms were immaculate, I thought they were a very decent size , the hot water and microwave were a handy and nice touch .the only thing we could recommend as a possible improvement would be a mini fridge in the room but overall our stay at this hotel was 10 put of 10

Booked this hotel as it was the most budget-friendly. The room (standard double) was very small and dark and the bed was small and uncomfortable. We didn’t spend much time there as we were often out and about, so ideal for a place to stay, but not the most comfortable. Location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was close to everything including shopping, food and our planned activities. We felt safe there.
On the other hand we were there 6 nights and not once did they clean our room or offer clean towels. We could have used a floor cleaning after tracking in snow and dirt from outside.
The room was ok but very small for 2 people with arctic gear for 6 nights.
Although the booking said breakfast was included, it was not. Everything needed to be paid for, even coffee.

No frills hotel, good due to its central location but no breakfast nor amenities. You got to even request for a glass from the reception, meaning no hot water jug to make coffee or tea in your own room.
