Nice clean room, fairly spacious. Great view of planes landing. Friendly reception. It was good to have on-site parking but beware that the parking garage is very tight and is extra to the room booking. Air con was okay but not really cool - okay for October but might be a problem in the summer. Didn't get around to trying out the pool or restaurant but the bar was lovely. 5 min walk to metro and post office. Lots of nearby restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

Not close to main points of interest, but easy to get to from city and airport - was here for a wedding and this worked out very well. great price for a nice hotel!! bathroom is spacious and rooms are clean

Had to change from our first room because of the smell in the while space when arriving back from evening meal.
Reception handled this very smoothly - I just had to go down to swap keys.
Love the comfortable chair. Would be better to have two!
Swimming pool pleasant and with the roof cover open was easy to access fresh air.
Disappointing “restaurant” - the area we thought was a restaurant is only used for breakfasts. Any other food is served in a space off the foyer with only a few tables, the others either high or low coffee style tables.
No call button at the bar to alert staff you are waiting.
This is a good hotel for short stay with quick journey to the airport.

The staff at reception are very overworked and could definitely use a bell hop or concierge to assist with luggage and tourist questions. The policy of not allowing early check in results in a backlog that is frustrating all round. It seems counterproductive to have the foyer full of people, many of whom have been travelling all night, needing to check in all at the same time. My heart goes out to the staff trying to cope day in and out with this situation.

Love the fact that this property is close to transportation bus and train and metro . Not a lot of food options around but the ones around it was pretty good, close to the shopping mall as well
The staff is friendly and helpful and the size of the room was pretty substantial. The pool area is nice with the view of the area . The breakfast was good and fresh variety of choices would definitely come back

My only problem was the AC — the temperature was a bit warm, which made me feel uncomfortable due to the hot weather.
Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay. Lovely ambiance, blackout curtains, and no noise in the hallway.
The pool was the highlight, but the area around it was a bit messy — a quick tidy-up would make it perfect.
The staff were very nice!
