객실은 깨끗하고 직원들 모두 친절합니다

오전에 리스본에 도착했는데, 빠른 체크인을 해줬어요. 고맙습니다.

버스. 기차역에서 가깝고, 방은 깨끗하지만 좁은편입니다.기차역에 큰 수퍼도 있어요.

The bed was really comfortable! You can go to the airport in roughly 10mins and the subway is also 10min walk from hotel. It's 5 stops away from tourist districts(old town) which is still nice. What you should definitely check out is the breakfast. Absolutely best value local food, with great collection of fresh cheese and lots more.

가격 대비 안락하고 편안했으며 지하철및 버스 터미널이 근접해 있어 이동이 용이하여 좋았음.

이른 아침에 갔는데도 체크인 할 수 있었어요 직원은 대부분 친절했는데, 간혹 불친절한 직원도 있었고 조식은 무난했어요 아침에 9시 쯤부터 객실을 그냥 열고 청소하려고 한 건 쫌.... 청소도 바닥은 청소하지 않는 것 같았어요 그 외에는 편안하고 괜찮았는데 위치는 호텔들이 밀집한 지역이라 괜찮고 지하철 역도 가까워요

가격 대비 깨끗하고 잘 관리되는 객실 서비스 좋았습니다. 지하철이 가깝고 교통이 괜찮았지만 시내 관광지와 좀 떨어진 위치여서 이동시간이 좀 걸립니다. 호텔 조식도 가격을 생각하면 괜찮은 편이고 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다.

Pra mim o ponto negativo , foi o café da manhã a resseca de hotéis mercure do Brasil o café da manhã é muito melhor com bastante escolha até ,com o café café de garrafa , cápsula ou coado na hora , nesse hotel era só de máquina , em pleno café da manhã tinha que fazer fila , para pegar um café quando chegou na minha vez não tinha água , depois faltava o próprio café … mas o quarto bem limpo as pessoas gentis..

My issue was eventually resolved, but I was disappointed with the initial response I received. I want the hotel to be aware that the first interaction did not meet expectations and should not be part of a guest’s experience. I booked a standard room with a queen-size bed and, prior to arrival, contacted the hotel to request a room that was not located at either end of the corridor. The hotel replied that they would do their best to accommodate my request. However, upon arrival, I discovered that my room was located exactly at the end of the corridor. I returned to reception to request a change. The staff member informed me that all rooms with single beds were at the end of the corridor and claimed the hotel was fully booked. This confused me, as I had booked a queen-bed room, not a single-bed room. When I entered the room, it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The layout was irregular (not rectangular as displayed), and the bed was clearly not queen-size. I checked the hotel website again and found that two rooms were still showing as available. Unfortunately, I was exhausted after a long-haul flight and decided to rest first. A few hours later, I was woken by a strong sewage smell from an unknown source, as well as continuous noise coming from the bathroom pipes. At that point, I recorded a video and brought it to reception. A different staff member was on duty, and I sincerely appreciate her help.

Breakfast doesn’t have good selection of food and taking shower is not the best

Los productos de aseo huelen muy bien e incluyen acondicionador de pelo y crema para el cuerpo. Hay una piscina cubierta en el último piso y se ofrece agua con limón para refrescarse. Muy cerca de las estaciones decSete Rios. Desde la habitación se ve el acueducto de Lisboa.

Location convenient to shops and dining.

Cama ruim, frigobar péssimo que não gela. Ar condicionado não funcionou nenhum dia Somente o atendimento era bom .

Personale Gentile ed efficiente negozi e supermercati vicino. Non ho usufruito la colazione.

Nice clean room, fairly spacious. Great view of planes landing. Friendly reception. It was good to have on-site parking but beware that the parking garage is very tight and is extra to the room booking. Air con was okay but not really cool - okay for October but might be a problem in the summer. Didn't get around to trying out the pool or restaurant but the bar was lovely. 5 min walk to metro and post office. Lots of nearby restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.

Good but old

The staff at reception are very overworked and could definitely use a bell hop or concierge to assist with luggage and tourist questions. The policy of not allowing early check in results in a backlog that is frustrating all round. It seems counterproductive to have the foyer full of people, many of whom have been travelling all night, needing to check in all at the same time. My heart goes out to the staff trying to cope day in and out with this situation.

Foi ótima e super conveniente localização. A equipe do hotel foi muito querida. Além disso após o checkout eles permitiram que eu ficasse algumas horas a mais desfrutando da piscina antes de ir para o aeroporto. Super recomendo
