This must be my 6th stay over the past 5 years and it’s not changed. Excellent in every way. Rooms amazing, staff excellent and in the perfect position for access into the city.

Great all round facilities and bar. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff throughout.

Perfect for a couple of nights and the staff are friendly and very accommodating

Good for the price and location but it is a budget hotel missing a few trimmings. Breakfast time needs a bit of work- however would possibly stay again. Q carpark opposite is a rip off so beware.

Good location, tidy and well equipped. Aircon/heating unit not great, room was very cold.

You’re 5minutes from central station and city centre

Room was clean but the dampness had broken some panels in the bathroom. Staff was really friendly. I was surprised that I was instructed not to eat at the hotel restaurant but told it would be better to go out and look for food elsewhere. Breakfast was okay. I would have wanted to see fried or boiled eggs. Instead there was scrambled. But that just goes to personal preference.

Hi thank you so much for lettin us experience such a lovely and chilled couple of nyts,, we were only originally booked for 1 nyt and liked it thst much booked for a 2nd 😊and we will defo be back very soon,,. Loved every minute of my stay thanks again ❤️💙

Nice clean room , a bit small hut perfect gor our two nite stay

Vast majority of staff were extremely friendly, efficient and courteous. Rooms were clean and well maintained, serviced promptly and cleaning staff were also pleasant and helpful. Check-in and out were seamless. Bar staff were first class. The one big negative was Saturday morning breakfast. We came down with an hour remaining. So many food items, crockery and cutlery items were missing and the team were making no effort to top up crucial missing items which included bowls, spoons, bread, milk etc. We had to ask for 11 different things, all of which were readily available in the kitchen. One team member seemed miffed to be asked to top up the sausage and tomato, although the other staff members did bring all the things we had asked for. The team were very slow to clear tables and seemed to be busy talking in the kitchen. The following two days were completely different with the team proactively looking for work and the team leader keeping them on their toes, which is why I gave the excellent rating overall. However, the Saturday team let their colleagues down extremely badly.

This is a really clean modern hotel with up to date styling, fixtures and fittings

Lost marks as the room could be better sound proofed. Heard traffic quite loud, guests in the corridor and on one occasion either tv or conversation from room 401. Also charged a higher price for the same drink on two seperate evenings. It was only about a pound,but was strange. I did raise this with bar staff when i was charged over but they didnt seem bothered and just said that was the price. Apart from that, the room was clean ( cleaning team did a great job)and comfortable and in a great location. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed.

Trouble free stay, ideal location for the airport bus stop and short walk into the city.

This is our 3rd visit here as we really like it , but we didn’t like our room this time, because the fan was making a noise all night, we tried to put the heating on , but it wasn’t warm enough it was just blowing out cold air which made us uncomfortable with not much sleep, tossing and turning, as i said this is a favourite hotel we were in 203 which is right at the end of the hotel
