로비가 작은점만 빼면 모든게 완벽함. 공항버스 정류장도 가깝고 시내 중심가도 적절히 가까움. 주변은 은행가라 조용함. 로비에 있는 식당과 바는 크고 쾌적하며 음식도 맛있음. 직원들도 모두 친절함. 청소상태 완벽함

Clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located close to the two main train stations.

The bed, the room, the staff - everything was just fine

It was centrally located, friendly staff, and had a restaurant. What I didn't like is breakfast did not open on time, and though I can early, I ended up getting stuck behind a huge group of tourists because the restaurants payment device wasn't ready. I was late for my early appointment and I felt the staff could have been more helpful to get me on my way

Great budget choice in Glasgow. Clean, modern, and great staff. Decent breakfast too.

An acceptable hotel with no special features. I found it odd that I was made to check in at the bar as they don’t have dedicated check in staff. I stayed for almost a week and only twice was the check in desk being serviced making it difficult to ask questions. The hotel is in a bit of a dead area. Room was acceptably clean.

We had booked 2 rooms and were given both handicapped ones. No shelving in bathroom, toilet seat too small for toilet. Shower leaking Not enough towels for 2 persons No safe. Lobby was nice with code bar and pool table- nice open concept.

Excellent stay as always

hotel was central, had a nice bar with good decor/vibe, room was clean and great for two night weekend stay. complimentary Coffee at breakfast was same as packets available in rooms, but thry have a desl with sn zitalisn place next door so take advantage of that if you havent booked a breakfast

Unique, very hip place in downtown Glasgow. Young staff doing their best to provide great service. Convenient to our car rental!

Big hotel with plenty of rooms, well located in Glasgow. Many things, restaurants, busy streets, Glasgow Central etc. are within walking distance, just a few minutes away. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Since the hotel has many rooms, it can get loud at night when other guests are coming back to their rooms. The breakfast buffet is fine and has a brought choice, though it takes some time until some empty bowls or baskets are refilled. Appart from that, it's a convenient place to stay for one or two nights.

Small but tidy & clean room. Strong wifi and good shower facilities. 5 minutes walk from Glasgow Central station. Quality of breakfast is satisfactory.

Disappointed restaurant wasn’t available due to coach parties booked. Would have like to know this before I arrived.

staff was not that welcoming, it’s a bunch of people giggling in the bar or behind their counter, other than that the hotel is located in a quiet area but close to city center (6 min walk), many amenities close by, room had space, cleaned every day, hot water and pressure was very good, not noisy.
